Things has never been right with my packages since I complained about a carrier who left my ENTIRE package ON TOP of my mailbox on a busy street. On today, I have a package on the truck, I have video of my carrier not delivering my package while at my house. And in the same stop he/she put my neighbors mail inside my box and turned right around and stopped at my neighbors. I hope they didn’t get anyone else mail. Either way, I’m going to complain on THIS carrier as well… if you’re at my house, you have my package on your truck, DELIVER it or find a job for just drivers. Other than this delivery, they’ll do silly things like bring my package to my door and afterwards, go put the mail in my box… they never close my mailbox door. When it rains, my mail gets destroyed… the worst: I had to replace two different trademark certificates because the originals were destroyed by the rain in my box. THANKS TO MY MAIL CARRIER

the fultondale location gets a bonus star because the people are nice; but it's the post office. at least there's someone there when they're open.

Go to to any other post office. Poor service. Refused to tape up and item. It’s gone all the time at often post offices. Offered to sale me tape.

I have never had anything but very positive experiences at the fdale post office, and Nancy rocks! Super helpful and friendly, need more like her!

Don't go here. You'll have to interact with a woman named Nancy. She is more interested in having a power trip than helping the customer. The post office up the road in Gardendale is much more friendly and helpful and is worth the few minutes drive.

Pretty typical postal service. I mailed a package and the staff were kind and helpful. The office is small but is organized well enough. The hours are a little strange, so check before you go. As for mail delivery to our home - our post-lady is the best!

Wish I could post the video of this years "package toss" contest where my package was just kinda tossed on my carport by the postal worker. Never had this issue before.....I guess anyway. Of course this isn't the post office itself but the employee works there.

I went here and I don't understand why it has such poor reviews. Nancy helped me. She was quick and efficient but she was also patient and took her time to explain to all the customers everything that they needed to know. She was very kind and I would come back to this USPS just for the service that I received from Nancy. Also I'm not sure if they actually close at 1 p.m. since it's 1 p.m. now and they didn't lock the door.
