“Maurices in Fultondale Alabama never disappoints! The customer service is top notch and the associates are patient, give honest feedback, and help me find the right sizes and styles. It’s nice to shop somewhere that makes you feel welcome and confident about what you’re buying! I can’t end this review without saying AJ the store manager is the BEST/PROFESSIONAL person I have ever met! I love Maurice’s!!”
“i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure.all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i definitely recommend this salon but make sure they know what you want.Service: Haircut”
“Asia was absolutely amazing! My daughter was scared about getting her ears pierced, and Asia was so patient, kind, and understanding. She took the time to talk with her, reassure her, and make her feel completely comfortable. Even though my daughter ultimately decided not to go through with the piercing, Asia never made us feel rushed or pressured.
She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Employees like Asia are hard to find, and she truly deserves recognition. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!”
“This is one of the few JCPenney's that so far is remaining open I hope it doesn't close because I really like shopping here They have reasonable prices on clothes and most are name-brand and the layout of the store itself is appealing in my opinion.”
