Came to this store after a very poor customer service interaction at the store on George Wallace with Cheryl when she said she was unable to look up a spark plug for me & told me I would have to come to the store & look for it is what she said & I have no idea what I was looking for just what I was told to ask & buy & Hope at this store was so nice & helpful & was actually in fact able to look up what I needed before I was sent to search this whole store not knowing if they would even have it & I called back to let Cheryl know that the other store looked it up for me & helped me & that I was leaving a review then she called back trying to help me or be nice , soo I say that to say this , don’t waste your time , go see Hope in Alabama city.
