Staff was very courteous and informative of my situation. They were willing to answer any questions. Although, I didn't understand the way my visit started out, they called me back and analyzed my condition in a timely manner. The end result was, that they would not be able to quote me any amount that I would have to pay, due to the insurance company being closed, but assured me that they would let me know ASAP. Then we could work from that point forward. All together, I was satisfied with the way my visit was handled.

For starters I went in and waited to get called back, second, I was getting x-rays for over 30 minutes, then so a hygienist that told me the exact same thing she was telling a patient before me of all the $10,000 worth of stuff that needed done to my teeth And then they sent me to the office where the computer had went down so I had to wait and wait and then they give me the bill for $10,000 worth of work that needs done I only have Humana that pays up to 2000 a year. Three hours later I was finally leaving the office shaking I was so upset I will not go back. Worst experience ever!!!!!! Only went in there because I had a toothache and need a root canal and a cat so they don’t even take into consideration that the toothache should be priority Get me on back, but that was gonna still cost me over $4000 cash paid upfront. Who has that kind of money not me

It was a horrible experience!!!! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and nice and kept checking on me. Once I got to the back it seemed like they didn’t want to help me at all(even though they kept saying they was going to help me). I had 3 women all in my face while i am visibly upset. I have extreme anxiety over my teeth, and to be dealt with like that was absolutely awful but nothing less than what I expect from that particular office. I have a flexi-lite combo and I have had a singular tooth fall out. They couldn’t fix it apparently and wanted me to spend another 2000 on a whole new one over ONE tooth!! And this partial is only one year and 10 months old .

I called Aspen Dental with a very specific need: I have a loose crown and No insurance. All of the Staff at this office were very polite, courteous and professional. I explained to every person I encountered there that: I am a visitor to Alabama, I do NOT live here, I have NO INSURANCE, and a loose crown that I needed an expert dentist to diagnose for me so I could make a decision what to do. I was told that the dentist could not see me unless I paid $135 or underwent the New Patient Admission process. No one explained that the New Patient admission process that is Free would be a 2 hour process. After waiting, filling out forms, waiting, getting a long uncomfortable series of x-rays, waiting more, having my Gums measured by the Hygienist with a full education of how the chemistry in the Human mouth works, to waiting more and then seeing the Dentist for no more than 6 minutes. In that 6 minutes Dr Moore explained to me that he did not think he could save the tooth.I was told six times that the Office was short-staffed and it was challenging for everyone to meet the needs of the patient. I understand the short-staffing situation, for the last 4 years America has been short-staffed. We All could have saved 1:55 minutes if I could have seen the Dentist for the 5 minutes he had and based on his educated diagnosis, I could have made up my mind if I needed to be taken in as a New Patient, or I could have left and freed up every persons time to do other things. As it was I was there from 2:15 to 4:30, every other dental office in the whole of Alabama closes at 5 pm, so I could not go anywhere else for a second opinion.I feel like I wasted everyones time and took away much needed care from a regular patient by a very short staff, with limited supplies (because it was the end of the month). I think the intake process it Too Long and very unnecessary, when an Out-of-State visitor needs five minutes of a very busy Doctors time to make a decision about a broken tooth/crown.Thank you all for taking your time to listen to my review.

Courtney was the absolute sweetest, she cared for my grandmother who has dementia as if she were her own. I don't think we would have been able to complete the visit without her calming presence. She was an angel!
