They were very helpful with dropping off. She helped me with every question I had! Texting made the process so much easier as well! The lot had plenty of room to pull and back the trailer in easily. Very good experience with Burns Park Storage! Use them for all your u-haul rental needs!

Burns Park Storage is clean, has quality storage units, and is well-managed. The owner, Haley, responded quickly to my call to request a rental unit. The process to sign the rental contract was quick and easy, and auto-pay worked seamlessly. When I vacated the storage unit, the checkout process was efficient and easy, too. I definitely recommend Burns Park for your storage needs.

The U-Haul side of this business is a sham. A dozen trucks sitting in mud, cracks in every windshield. No office, just a phone number that is lucky to answer. Had a reservation at 12, they didn't show up until 2. Broomed the back out a bit and that's it. Told me I had to check the vehicle in as clean or I couldn't take it. Got rude on the phone when we called her about it.
