“I have always used Enterprise if I needed to rent a vehicle. I have never had a problem until this time. We were traveling to Tampa for a cruise, so instead of driving two vehicles we decided to rent a Van. So, I did and when we open the back passenger door on the Pacifica, I think I spelled that right anyway, the door was going back and forth, and it wouldn't close. I called the roadside assistant and the Van had to be towed. Mind you we were suppose top leave at 5 am headed to Fl. Its 8am when the tow truck showed up. So, I went to enterprise in Anniston Al, because I had to pick up my brother in Jacksonville al. to get a replacement, they did not have any van available. I ended up renting a Rav4. we drove 2 vehicles anyway. So, its 10 am before we get on the road. So, when I get back off my cruise, I informed Desmond ant enterprise in Gadsden where this all started what happen and he did make everything Ok. Thank you, Desmond Samuels.”
