    They never answer the phone, they took my aunt's money and never called her back to explain her coverages after had to leave voicemails that never went through just horrible service THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!

    You can never get in touch with them and nobody is at the office when you go by! How can you run a business this way?

    My only problem I have is not State Farm, but the manager. I have called more than once to talk to anyone there. I've never had this much trouble before trying to do business. That's why I'm going to the State Farm in the town I live.
