The staff always seems nice... The Pharmacy staff are very helpful and willing to help... They are always so busy.. But the outside of the store looks so run down...The building needs to be pressured washed and painted...The parking lot needs to be new tar sprayed and new lines.. Come on, CVS corporate. Why would people want to stop when it looks like that...

Got off work and got there 8 minutes before closing. Manager was at door and wouldn’t let me grab just one thing I really needed. I showed him the time and he shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care.

My family and I are so grateful for this CVS location this past week. We’ve had to fill multiple prescriptions over the course of a few days when the household came down with an illness that kept on giving. On one occasion the doctor didn’t get a script over to them until an hour before closing and they were still able to fill it. CVS had each prescription ready quickly and the wait in the drive-thru was either non-existent or quick. Thank you so much.

i always keep a grip on my purse ( its a safety thing for me) . i was looking at nails and a worker acknowledged that i was there, which i know why they do that in retail. ( for the customer to know that they see you and its more of a chance for you not to steal, which was never the plan) . then she continued to walk around where i was a few times. then a manager came and asked if i needed help finding anything. been in this cvs a handful of times and have never been asked this. when i was in line at the register, a woman asked to for the bathroom with her 2 kids. the cashier (the same woman from early (older probably in her 50s, blonde hair) rolled her eyes made a smart remark and handed her the key. when it came to my turn, i sat my stuff down and i acknowledged the situation from before and she denied it, and had a rude attitude as well. i will never ever come back here.

Sooooo. This is well deserved. I know I probably should not call the Drs line. But when my mother is barely being able to catch her breath because of medicine being out of stock, I have to work fast. It's to dang hard to ever try to get in touch with anyone! You get lead through all kind of voicemails and options. I really do not want to walk in on my mother and she is dead. This guy that works back there is named TAYLOR. He was highly highly highly unacceptably rude and nasty! He hung up the phone on me and told me the nastiest way he could to not call the line back again, okay cool! But he could of at least gave me the name of the medicine so I can try to get my mom taken care of!! TAYLOR, a white male, does not deserve to be working with customer service at all!! Especially when it means taking care of others. You have a blessed day TAYLOR!!! You deserve a -100. Actually, that is not the only issue with that place, even the front register attitudes just suck. I ask a simple question and she will come off so ugly and hatefully..... And older blonde woman. They are terrible there!!! The Drs do not know the patients like the patients advocates, just because the Drs bring in your bigger profit, does not mean you do not have to listen to the patients advocates!! We know them better!

If you have TriCare insurance do not use any CVS. This Pharmacy at this particular location is not the place to get prescriptions filled. They are always overwhelmed and cannot fill cough syrup..No communication as to when or if a prescription is or can be filled. So many issues with this location. Go to another Pharmacy, I am.

I had appointments scheduled online well in advance for my kids’ second COVID vaccination, yesterday. After having received texts the morning of the appointments stating they had been cancelled, I called immediately to ask about the cancellation. I was told we still had an appointment for two times (one which was incorrect on their end), but was told I could bring both at the same time at 3pm. I arrive to find a note on the door saying the lobby was closed. When I call to inquire about how to get in for our appointment, I was told I would have to reschedule for next week M-F 10-6. I was frustrated of course and adamantly insisted they let us in for our scheduled appointment, and without any sort explanation, I was hung up on. A couple of minutes later, while still in the parking lot, I received a text telling me my appointment was cancelled. I have NEVER experienced such horrendous treatment from any business. I am filing a formal complaint as well.
