We have been in contact with customer service several times (5 to 6 times)about our package not being delivered. I understand that our address is too new to show up on Google maps but we provided detailed directions and a phone number but the driver always just returns the package. I'm DONE with FEDEX. Their customer service is less than helpful and their drivers are apparently incompetent.

Dropped off an exchange package to be shipped. Was told it would be shipped out the following morning. I get a call from Adidas A WEEK LATER saying they never received said package. They checked their logs and confirmed Fedex never scanned it in. I called Fedex back who admitted there were issues. Why wasn’t I contacted about this? Sent husband back to Fedex to retrieve the package and they said “they didn’t have it”. Complete lie considering I had spoken with the higher ups the previous day who admitted it was never shipped out. With my husband’s persistence they “found it” 30 minutes later.
