Due to no fault of the employee, it cost a bit more than my original estimate. It was due to an unseen broken fan blade, and the entire unit had to be replaced. I am capable of doing my own repairs, but had this occured with me, I wouldn't have had the time, cash, nor any way of getting a new fan assembly. I used my FIRESTONE account. I'll go back for future service.

DO NOT COME HERE!! If you come here for a simple fix and you seem like you don’t know much about cars they will turn a $50 fix into a $2000 dollar fix. My grandmother had some wobble in her steering wheel when she would drive and it obviously only needed a cheap alignment and they told this poor lady that the only way she was gonna use her car again was if they replaced all her wheels and rotors (which I checked after and they were perfectly fine) and they were going to charge an outrageous price of $2000. These people are evil and do not car about your well being they will scam you for all your money if they could. I took the car somewhere else and fixed it for $50 easy and she’s had not one single problem since so please for your own sake DO NOT COME HERE EVER!

Didnt fix it the first time and I paid over $300 for parts and labor. Had to leave it overnight again for it to be re evaluated and re fixed

Slow service they couldn't help me with my tire and it took 15 minutes for them to tell me they thought the one guy who knew how to fix it was on lunch but he wasn't and never bothered to check and see.

Service stinks since Ricky left. Jason tries but his technicians and other managers/workers need lessons in Customer Service and need to work instead of chatting. Employees should also leave their families at home. A workplace is just that, a WORKPLACE, not their house.

Slow leak in tire purchased at this Firestone. I purchased road hazard tire protection. I showed up to get the tire fixed without an appointment expecting a very long wait. Was told when I arrived there would be at least a 2 hour wait and was pleasantly surprised when it didn’t take but a fraction of that time. Very pleased with the friendly courteous service

Too much to post. I am a long time loyalist, but never again on Gadsden. Liars and con artists. I'm a senior, widowed. Trusted them. It took them 11 days to provide a rim and tire.

The attitudes of these guys are horrible!! I have watched them be hateful to other customers before us! Making excuses for why they couldn't get the job done! Horrible Service and Worst Attitudes!!! Now they are complaining about the other customer to a completely different one! Extremely poor customer service!!! Not to mention my daughter's car still isn't fixed after two trips! They were ugly to my daughter when we dropped the car off at 7:30 this morning and at 6:03 p.m. they are still being ugly to customers!!!

Firestone is fine. The service is good, but they always try to get you to buy extra services or replace extra parts and run up the charges
