A great place to shop for snacks or drinks for on the go or you can order you food for a hot meal. It's all inside or use the drive thru.

Today I heard the manager yelling at a customer. In the store and 8 other customers including myself want be back in that store in Southside al. That woman manager was very rude with her language towards the customer. He was trying to optimize to her for having to leave his truck because it had broke down and at the time couldn't move it . Crazy manager them customers said and they want be back in there. And I want neither. Until shes gone. My wife has told all her co workers at the Southside schools the way that customer was yelled at. So I imagine there will be alot more customers to leave . So if anyone goes to this grub mart in Southside off hwy 77 I hope you dont have any issues with the woman manager there. She will yell and use bad language towards you.

Solid place to stop in to get gas and pick up convenience items. It is also conveniently attached to a McDonalds.

Be cautious about using the pay at the pump option here especially on pump 5. Terrible customer service. I was YELLED AT by the cashier in front of numerous customers for simply asking her name and if I could speak with a manager due to the pump not working correctly and possibly charging my card. The employee continued to talk about me negatively to other customers as I left. After being yelled at by this cashier and the pump not working being blamed on me, the owner informed me that pump 5 had been giving them issues. Why wouldn't your cashier mention this to begin with instead of acting like she didn't understand what I was saying then placing blame on me? The owner Susan really didn't seem concerned with how her employees treat customers saying she, "had a headache" and " we all have bad days" so I'll take my buisness else where. I spend way too much money here to be talked down to and disrespected.
