i understand being tired or having an off day in customer service but the woman at the register barely acknowledged me, and after I put in my rewards number she started watching videos on her phone and seemed to have forgotten I was there. no smile and didn't say anything when I told her thank you and to have a good night. the watching tiktoks while helping a customer is what really gets me. if it's slow and no one is in the store 100% watch your videos but when someone is actively having an interaction with you that just seems so rude. this is the first bad experience I've ever had with a circle k employee and it's just unfortunate. while she's sitting at the register watching videos there's a second employee putting away stock and taking out trash, just seems rude and lazy honestly

At this Circle K location one finds a very nice little convenience store that is packed tightly. The aisles are narrow. However, the store is always clean. Also , It is cluttered at the entrance with merchandise, Overall it's very nice store that is always clean.

This place has become my go to due to the wonderful hospitality of the workers. Yes they ID for every purchase of 21 and older items it’s becoming that way everywhere that’s a corporation it’s policy they’re doing a job just like you do for your job we all have rules we don’t like that make things difficult for the employees. Try having some understanding for these people that are just trying to make ends meet just like you have too at your job. I always imagine if I had to deal with the public like they do and things that are out do their control they shouldn’t be blamed for. Those employees will tell you quickly they are trying and that’s more important than anything else thank you to the managers on first shift they’re doing better than I’ve seen in that store in a long time! Sincerely a regular that appreciated your kindness whenever I needed it.

I used the air and Vac machine and it took my money, $2.50 to be exact. I told the cashier and she told me to call the number on the machine with a matter of fact attitude. I told her it hasCircle K name on it. So I call the number and they tell me that she could have gave me my money back! The company agreed to send me a check for 2.50 but who will cash a check for that amount. I used my card to get it so why is it not being put back on the same card. Ugh I just wanted some air for my tire ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh oh 0 stars

Look, everybody leaves their ID here or there and sometimes doesn't have it for whatever reason. Today mine was a mile down the road at the office and I guess lady at the cash register didn't expect me to be back in 2.5. But, I also didn't expect for her to act like I was trying to put her in jail for not having my ID today. I was literally in there yesterday with it. I am in there quite LITERALLY DAILY if not every other day. Every employee there has ID'd me and knows me. Like it's fine if you want to ID me, but don't be rude and act like you don't know me or I'm just trying to get you put away from your son. Which is literally what she said. If she had said once you get your ID I can sell it that's fine, but I'll be making my daily stop elsewhere.

one of the worst jobs you can ever work at! the pay rate is $11. the management (lloyd ) doesn’t feel like it’s important to give you your raise after 90 days because he has way more important stuff to worry about. your going to be running a register , cooking food , stocking cups and dealing with rude racist customers and management (lloyd) while working by your self for however many hours. the assistant manager pay rate is very close to a regular associates pay rate($11) . The assistant manager (amanda *the only one with the rotten teeth meth mouth wears glasses that look like author) keeps up drama like a middle school kid by openly talking about employees to other employees in front of customers calling them “worthless , such and such has this many felonies on their criminal record (when she has like 55 and be bragging about it like its her biggest accomplishment), or just telling your personal business in general. she will also play both sides lie and say she didnt say this or that and try to throw you up under the bus and play this “perfect manager “ role just to make herself look good .the store manager (lloyd) is rude , obnoxious, prejudice and treats the black customers/vendors completely differently from the white ones he has conversations with the other assistant manager(amanda the one with rotten no teeth) on how he got fired from his last job for saying “nigga rigged” and the majority of the customers/vendors are black! not too mention Im the only fully black employee that worked there ! He also will stand really close to you to the point were you can smell him and try to hover over your shoulder while your working making you very uncomfortable. he will also threaten you with your job and abuse his authority. the truck orders are always messed up thats why there is no cups ,straws , drinking products be low or out due to the management not doing their jobs. the button that calls the police for a robbery doesn’t work either. the pumps are always messed up, the cooler messed that keeps all the drinks cold is messed up , the slushy machines are always messed up . this place is something to laugh at honestly

They are rude and nasty...they call all black people baby and hunny...which is a racist term especially coming from a white person...I had a bad experience this morning with one of the managers...the blonde headed one...she did not want to refund my coffee and let me purchase the sip and save option.. she talked about how she's not racist because she's married to a black man..wow really lady !!! I told her I hope she doesn't talk to him as disrespectful as she talked to me ...and she did it with a store full of customers including children this store is 1205 w. Megan Blvd .. Gadsden Alabama...and the customer service no. Does no work.

Numerous pumps bagged as non working for whatever reason. Hubby tried to pump diesel at an unbagged pump and it was also not working. Lot is tricky for rvs & campers. Go somewhere else. If you need diesel and DEF and are a big camper or truck rv the Raceway is far better.
