The lady working was very nice, but definitely did not respect what I asked. I have naturally thick eyebrows and I asked for them not be thinner but to be cleaned up. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded at other places and have never had this problem. I left with visibly thinner eyebrows than what I normally have. They don't look horrible, but the point is that it's not what I wanted and I left unhappy.

If I could give zero stars I would, the lady working showed zero care about anything I was asking her, she answered every question with i don’t know. I got up and walked out after asking her how to care for the lashes ( all of this before I even got to the chair she didn’t preform any services ) she told me I would have to ask costumers she didn’t know I asked which one was the most natural ones she answered I don’t know each costumer is different. She is completely incompetent.

Anytime I go and get my eyebrows done I always let them know to not do them thin. The older lady and I told her twice “I do not like thin brows” she proceeds to give me thin brows and then tell me I never told her I wanted them thick.. I’m so disappointed. She even told me “they’ll grow back”. I recommend just going to the mall. Atleast she will listen to your preferences.

I am furious!!! If I could post with giving her a 0 rating I would! I went to get my eyebrows waxed on 10/4/24. The lady (worker) talked on the phone the ENTIRE time! I kept having to interrupt her to tell her how I wanted my eyebrows. She rushed through the process, snatching & completely messed my eyebrows up(my eyebrows look a complete mess)! One eyebrow thicker and longer than the other! Then she DROPPED WAX IN MY HAIR and SNATCHED IT OUT leaving me with a BALD SPOT!!! I yelled because it hurt! I immediately got up out the chair and said to her “ you snatched my hair out”! Why would you do that? She replied “I dropped a little wax, I’m sorry “. I was so mad I walked out! I called back and asked when the manager would be there and she replied I am the manager. She said when you come next time it’ll be free. I replied to her “ NO MA’AM IT’LL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME FOR ME THERE BECAUSE YOU ARE HORRIBLE and YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I never leave reviews no matter how disappointed I am with the service I received. I just don’t go back usually but this situation was completely unacceptable, unprofessional and horrible!

I got my eyebrows waxed because they were starting to look like caterpillars. I definitely won't be back - several places where she missed hair. Nobody was in there and she just rushed and did a HORRIBLE job. I would've done better taking my time at home and plucking them.

i got my lashes done, i would give them a 0 if i could, the lady was rude and she was really rough on my eyes and they came off the next day when she told me they stay on for 3weeks. I do not recommend this place!!!

So… I’ve had my lashes done several times at different places over the years. From individual (silk and mink) to full on (nota clue what they’re made of) lashes. Honestly speaking, they all can loosen up and come off and destroy your natural lashes. I’ve paid up to $300 to as low as $75 (with a Groupon), from Dunwoody Ga, Greenville SC, Bham Al, to Gadsden Al. And, Shilfa at the Lash and Brow bar in Gadsden is my favorite. She’s not only gentle, she’s quick. You’re not sitting for two hours and counting minutes for it to be over. Relaxing and comfortable, yet quick and professional. From a full set of lashes to touch-ups… Shilfa has you leaving not only feeling pretty, but also happy. So very affordable, you won’t be disappointed!!

I was passing and these ladies hooked me up. I did threading and lash extensions and I'm super happy with the results. The lady helped me out pick which size I would like because it had been a while since I had my lashes done. I would totally recommend and I don't know why they only have 2 stars.

I pulled up at 6:25 to get a quick threading but the woman inside looks me in the eye walks up to the door turns the lock and flips the closed sign. So rude. Will not be returning.

Not sure about the actual service but I made an on line appointment at noon. Lady tells me she doesn't do online apps even I show the online confirmation. Ask me to come back in an hour- nevermind! If they don't even know they are making appointments on line i certainly do not want them doing my eyelashes.

1.8??? NO WAY! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! At the time of this review, this business is rated at 2 stars (1.8). I cannot disagree more with this rating on here. They have 19 reviews and while I have not read the reviews, I cannot see how this could possibly be accurate. I have been there 3 times and have always walked out with eyebrows looking WAY BETTER THAN I HAD WALKING IN. Do people not like "threading"? Is that what it is? I personally only get my eye brows threaded because when getting them WAXED, the technician has little control over each little hair in regards to the ones that should STAY PUT. Threading, they can carefully cut up into your eye brow line and ***only*** pull the ones that gotta' go! It's very accurate. It's painful at first but after so many times getting it done, it's a non-factor. Just don't wear eye make-up when you go and if you do, maybe be ready to do a little touch up. Anyway, my experience today was phenomenal. The ladies were so freaking nice and went so far out of their way to talk to me all about growing in my eye lashes and eye brows the way I want. I bought a kit with serums which are meant to induce thicker and longer eyelash growth and assist your eye brows in filling in where they need to. I saw real life before and after photos of a technician who has first hand experience with this kit and WOAH! I thought she was wearing FALSE LASHES WITH MASCARA BUT SHE WAS NOTTT!!! Her original photo showed little short nubs of lashes. Her new lashes are SOOOO FULL AND LONG AND THEY CURL UP INTO A GORGEOUS SWOOP!! My GAWD! Anyway, I had such a nice time in there and the technician that actually threaded my eyebrows did them EXACTLY HOW I ASKED. I have been growing mine in to appear fuller (vs. all thin and randomly arched)... I want a natural full look. Well, she quickly threaded them and then STOPPED. She did not over do it AT ALL. I think sometimes "eye brow technicians" (wax or thread) can get carried away trying to get that perfect matching shape with that perfect straight edge but then hair by hair, eventually your eye brows are dwindled all the way back to 1994. I am ASHAMED that people come on here and leave crap reviews on hard working people that are perfectly excellent and skilled at what they do. Maybe people need to be more aware of what it is that they actually WANT then also be mature enough to voice those things to their technician vs. quietly sitting down into a chair and allowing someone to do what they think would look nice. Maybe people then realize it's too late and their eye brows aren't how they want them. Well? SPEAK UP AND MAKE YOUR REQUESTS OTHERWISE THEY WILL START THREADING UNTIL YOUR EYE BROWS ARE SMOOTH AND EVEN AND MATCHING... WHICH MIGHT NOT BE EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BECAUSE IN ORDER TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN THEY HAVE TO RESHAPE THEM BEYOND WHAT YOU EXPECTED A LOT OF TIMES. ASK THEM TO LEAVE THEM HOW YOU WANT AND THEN MAKE THEM EVEN WITH A PENCIL OR POWDER BRUSH...... or...... purchase this growth kit like I did and see what happens!!! Thank you ladies!!! I had a great time in there with you today, however speedy the visit was!! No line and so fast!! So much better than waxing! Best eye brows ever! And thank you for assisting me even further by using my pencil to fill my new eyebrows in so nicely!! I LOVE YOU!!!

Best place that I've been to thus far for bikini wax, eyebrows, eyelashes. And this time I tried Henna on my brows and I absolutely love te services provided. I found this place through Google a few years ago and I'm a repeated customer especially before my frequent flights. I pass many lash & brow places on the way to this one. 35 miles away. Yassss.
