Charged for a washer and dryer we never got. Couldn't get an estimate on when we might get them. Wanted a refund. Didn't get full refund (at first) because they wanted to charge us fees for the washer and dryer we didn't get. Found same make/model cheaper at Costco prolly gonna do that. Save yourself the headache go with someone else unless you like being bounced around customer service lines all day looking for your money back.

I called to see how many shingles I would need for my house and the employee who took my call really went out of his way to find out for me. He showed that he cared about his customers. That my friend goes a long way in my book. Hard to find genuine folks these days

Lowe's "customer service" is far from customer service. They gave me a four hour window for delivery of a washer and dryer, after having to wait for two weeks to get them delivered. After wasting most of my afternoon and part of my evening, I called the store. They told me there was a truck breakdown and gave me the number for their logistics service. They told me that my order was not delivered because my address and phone were incorrect. Total lie. Sent me to national Lowe's, who game me same old runaround, and connected me back to local store. Computer hung up on me. Called back. Computer told me store was closed (7:08 p.m.) and hung up again. Called back again and spoke to same guy as before. Said he could schedule redelivery on Monday, and I told him I needed it tomorrow. Old dryer is in driveway for pickup and washer is disconnected. Pitiful! No longer a Lowe's customer.

If you've ever wondered why brick and motor stores are doing so poorly just look at Lowes. Items on display but none in stock. Not enough sales people to keep the doors open. Horrible experience. Waited forever for an appliance I ordered and then every time it was supposed to be delivered they would email 24 hrs before and push the delivery out again. They don't answer the phone and have horrible customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.
