I received a phone call yesterday from a very rude gentleman who told me I owe this debt. He kept wanting me to do the payment for this bill with my card or checking account. I told him I was not giving out that information over the phone. I told him I would send the check to the owner of the debt and he kept telling me that they would not accept it. Then I told him I couldn't do the whole thing at one time. He said that he could see if I qualified for payments. Then he proceeded to ask me my total household monthly income. I told him I was absolutely NOT giving that information to anyone and that was none of his business. He then had the nerve to tell me that I could afford to pay the whole thing at one time. I said excuse me?? He said yes you have the money to do that. I hung up.
I will ABSOLUTELY NOT give any of that information to anyone on the phone

Horrible and RUDE. They are harassing me about an account that has ALREADY been paid for! I’ve emailed them SEVERAL TIMES the proof that it has already been paid. Instead of trying to figure out what’s going on with their email they are rude and continue to tell you to email them. What for? I asked for an itemized bill, they refuse to send it. Hard to believe they are legit. Instead of accepting proof that I already paid they want you to pay them! I’m not double paying. And of course they will hang up in your face. SCAM.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - beware!!!!! Call your medical provider and make sure that they are the originator of the bill not paid! My medical provider has no record of this, they do not use this company for collections and I have no bills for this amount!

Literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON is so rude, and disrespectful. I have made multiple calls on multiple days hoping to find someone that can have a normal conversation wo being condescending, short, and rude.In the end, I called the hospital and paid directly after finding out that this company does not own/purchase this debt and will not clear your credit bureaus if paid. It will only make comments on your report.Do not pay them.Pay original debt and dispute the collection

Out of nowhere I have had about 5 different medical reports from this company hit my credit report and they are all about $200 each. I tried to look up their website but it wasn't working (most debt collectors allow you to set up an online account and view your reports and make payments online) so I called the number and the woman told me that they don't do that. So I asked her about settling and she said she can offer deals for $185 instead of the whole $200 for each one...only $15 less that's a joke. I told her that I would need some time to think about it and I asked for the account number and info since I never received any papers about it and she tried to tell me she couldn't give me that info and I had to pay today or else the deal was off. I would advise not paying them anything and going straight to the source that the supposed debt is from

Tried to make a payment to help out a family member . The payment was refused and I was told I could either pay in full or left them draft my acct each month . Even with me telling them that I was just trying to help someone out . The customer service rep was very rude .

This company is a joke. They claim to have sent mail to my appropriate address, yet no bills were ever received. Once I received a phone call regarding the amount due it was paid IMMEDIATELY. They have been reporting on my credit for 6 years now and REFUSE to remove the derogatory account that was paid in full the moment I was ACTUALLY notified. They were rude, unprofessional, and clearly do not go through the proper channels before ruining people's credit that literally do not EVER pay bills late!!!!!!

Concerned Customer.Hi we called to confirm and pay a debt that we saw on our credit report and was absolutely disrespected by a person named Carla from your company. I understand debt collecting is not fun by any means. BUT. We called You. We attempted to pay this debt. We asked very simple questions to this lady and was hit with attitude, sarcasm, and disrespect. In fact every single question we asked she was very short and VERY rude, it was pretty shocking considering your whole job is to collect money and thats what we were attempting to do. She must not care much about her responsibilities at your company. Her focus is not actually trying to collect money for you. If youd like to know what all happened and what this lady said please give us a call. She hung up on us and did not even try to verify who you guys were or any information about the debt absolutely nothing. Hope she doesnt do this to all your customer. Her last comment was "WELL PAY IT THEN!" Click.Anyways- good luck with that.
