“We visit Gadsden several times a year from Florida. I read the reviews and guess everyone has different experiences, some that I find are mainly staff negative or higher pricing on merchandise. All I can do is review what we have experienced many times. I would certainly post a review if we experience a unhappy visit as well. That is not the case today. We have 3 dogs, and usually atleast 2 of them need something including grooming. We are enrolled in the loyalty program for all 3 dogs. We live mainly in Florida and have had great service overall. It is nice to experience this in Alabama as well. Super friendly and very caring. Thank you PetCo teams in Florida and Alabama.”
“I recently purchased a juvenile ball python for my son’s Christmas present. The store manager (forgot his name) was fantastic! He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was hesitant to buy a snake from a pet store and not directly from a breeder but not after this experience. She is the sweetest little snake, and has done wonderfully for us. ❤️”
