This branch has the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Savana assisted us and she did an amazing job. The Branch Manager and team are outstanding! I highly recommend this branch!!!!

I understand they're busy n I never mind waiting cuz Dr. N staff r good but the phone goes unanswered I have yet to have a live person pick up the phone n this ant my 1st call. I have had more luck sending an email on web site. FYI Ya'll

Of all the Regions branches I deal with both in AL and FL, this is my very favorite one! I'm always greeted immediately and asked what I need help with and pointed to either a teller, person behind a desk, or even helped by the greeter. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable employees!

Its really irritating when I can't even get money out of my own bank atm because its broke down. Some places around here don't except credit cards. So now I have to go out of my way and pay a 2-3 fee to get cash when I have my own bank. Atm down again today ? 3/1/22

I took a lot of my transactions and business to this location after the larger branch of Broad Street started to fail me as a resource. I loved working with these people until I had a particularly bad day and went to them for help. I was made to wait for 30 minutes as a man talked to a woman about poodles. Then when this man decided to help me, I was given nothing but sass and I felt very disrespected. I had arrived before closing and had every intention to get in and out so I did not hold anyone up from leaving for the day and if that was the reason for his callousness, maybe he shouldn't spend so much time talking about poodles. I asked for one thing, and because he did not want to take more time, he basically forced to to change information I had set for my bank for a reason - I am now having to change my information for a 3rd time since he "helped" me because he could not simply do what I asked. It's your job to help, not talk about dogs and then be huffy because you aren't leaving on time.

Really un-impressed with our visit here. We really needed to go inside to see a teller and get some cash. First off, they were extremely unorganized with customer lines and 'attempting' to promote social distancing for Covid. They really need to rethink how they are approaching this. Secondly, it's the first Saturday in the new year and they had one teller working .... one. Let's just say if there were more tellers we would have seen them, because we were in line so long they would have come back and started helping people. Really unfair to the one person working, a manager should have stepped up if she was truly the only teller available. Lastly, they didn't have any cash????? It's a bank. Ok, that may be an exaggeration, but they weren't sure if they had enough cash for us .... really? I though banks ran on numbers and trends and were a little more on top of what's happening then to run out of cash and use a lame excuse that it's because people are cashing stimulus checks. I'm pretty sure the banking community knew before the rest of us when that money was going to start hitting ... and if not, again not the customers fault. Overall not impressed! I'll leave it at two stars for now, but significant improvement is needed or I would push this down to one star.
