I've had nothing but issues with this place. The guy Sam that works there got my phone all messed up. It was supposed to be a promotional phone with free Netflix in which he got my debit card charged for it!! Then he scanned my free phones Sim card twice causing me to have to make another trip up there to fix said situation. Upon arriving Sabrina the manager had the nerve to tell me I owed taxes on the phone in which I told her I wasn't giving them another dime. She also called me and was hateful about me coming at noon which I had already made arrangements to do. She calls at 11 and said I needed to come on and let's get the issue resolved. There wouldn't have ever been an issue in the first place if they knew how to do their jobs and didn't play music so loud in the store preventing them from hearing me over it. Just digusted with the overall experience. Instead of me paying the 120 toward the bill like I was lead to believe I now have to pay 158 Oct 3! They've caused me more grief than I care to have so ill most likely be ending my service with them soon.

This was my second visit to the Gadsden store in the past year for Apple Iphone issues. Angel is the best by far I've ever experienced with cell phone issues. Lighting fast in solving my problems. Thanks again so much.

Ask for Dana if you are interested in swapping to Tmobile, she was such a huge help for us. She made the process extremely easy, I was dreading the whole process, but within an hour we had service and new home internet!! Dana was very specific about pricing and when my first bill dropped on the app, I was more than happy!Store is clean, service works excellent, no wait time, saving A LOT of money, free Netflix and AppleTV, unlimited data, unlimited home internet, new Iphone 14.For anyone questioning Tmobile, I would not second guess swapping to them.

I'm a business owner "currently" with 2 business accts (20 phones). My phone a flip 4 purchased 7 weeks ago all of a sudden was stiff opening and thehinge on one side prevented it opening so it took it to this location immediately. I paid $1100 cash a couple of months ago for this phone. The manager without coming out the back tell them it's not covered by warranty "after the assisting rep" said " I can clearly see there is no damage or scratches. No screen or water damage. It appears to have opened off track. He said its common with flips. but Manager Mrs Gray tells me to pay deductible and file insurance. $250. She didn't like what I had to say so she took it upon herself to put notes that the phone was damaged in the system for other people trying to really do customerservice. We went to another store that read Mrs Gray comments and that store completely disagreed with her assessment. My sales rep stated "she must have had something against you there is no damage at all". I see all the people that like the store are not the same as those that don't. There is a pattern. Awful customer service for some. Very friendly to an old regular that walked in "after" me and got great service despite his admitting damage. Mrs Gray shouldnt be able to make such decisions. We were told to go another Tmobile to take the phone to another location and have them inspect and notate if it had damage and they also stated it was clear that a track defect on the flip was the cause not user error. She is causing Tmobile some accounts I'm certain. Her bias almost took my 20 phones away. I wish I could attach pics of the phone to show how blatantly wrong she was and not willing to help a customer or listen. But her denial was intentional. Her reply to this msg was to "chat". I emailed her and no response which further confirms my point. Her message is for show onlyS

Not the first incident and still aggravating. Store does not answer their land line phones. Two separate incidents. Just now, phone rang for 3 minutes and I hung up. Previously it rang for 5 minutes and never answered. On another occasion it was answered but put on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up. Good products but lousy local service at this location.

Newly remolded in a great location on rainbow drive. Right beside Applebee's. Nice staff and great selection.... Only thing I would say they needed to put a work order in on would be the parking space. Other than that the business and staff are wonderful

If you need excellent service, great pricing, selection on phones especially the new I phones please go to T mobile and ask for Jena. T mobile has great phone and wireless service . The customer service can’t be beat . I walked in and received everything I asked for and was extremely satisfied.
