Compared to other places I've been, they are all so helpful. Chelsea is always informative and nice. I have quit going anywhere else but here to have regular maintenance performed to my car.

1 year ago Adam Swithin gave me his business card and said to me,”If you’re ever looking for a job give me a call.” Card was solid white with blue and black typing with the logo (one before the colored and Chevy on front). Chevrolet of Gadsden placed a large order while being the only person able to make food on shift, I had to do it. That doesn’t included: Making other orders, answering phones, drive through, oven, payments, & customer service. I stayed at my job working for Dominos for quite awhile. I gave him a call because I needed something to expand my sales experience. I walked in while dressed in a (well-covering) casual but professional attire, she greeted me. I stated while I was there,”I’m here for an interview, I spoke to Adam Swithin because he had handed me his business card while I worked—“ She cut me off,”He just gave you his business card?” She laughed at me and said,”Well I’m going to go get him for you.” I sat in the chair for a total of 25-30 minutes. They both walk out at the same time. She smirked at me when I passed by. I go to his office and when he sat down after closing the door he said,”I want to clear something up, I don’t just “hand out” business cards.” I already knew where this was going, the 25-30 minutes spent back there was her crying about him “handing me” his card. While he went on and on about how his boss did him the same way while he worked in food industry and how he moved up the ladder. Madison must’ve felt threatened by this when I arrived and told her why I was there (because she asked). Mr. Swithin told me that whenever I finish my application to let him know and they would be able to pull it and give me a call. I guess that was a great way to get rid of me, but I never forget. ? Go ahead and ban me as a customer and future employee from any dealership.

Had a great experience searching for my new ride. My salesman, Marshal Layton, was very helpful with helping me find the car I love. The finance person was very informative & helpful & made paperwork go very smoothly. I was well pleased with the overall process.

Team One had my vehicle for almost 2 months trying to diagnose an electrical issue, (stuck in park). The advisor always said he would call me back and never would, almost every time I rode by the back lot I saw my car sitting out there not being worked on. The ONLY way I got any information out of them was if I drove over there and talked face to face with them. On the day they told me my car was ready the interior wasn’t put back together, the battery was dead, there were multiple dash lights on that were not on before ( ABS, traction control, brake, and the service engine light) and the car was absolutely filthy. I took the car to A1 Automotive and they had it diagnosed and fixed within 8 hrs. I wouldn’t let Team One Chevrolet work on my go-cart.

Ok this is a good one!! Went to see this dealership today I have my truck to trade in if it was on this lot they would probably ask 43-44 thousand. First attempt they really tried to screw me offered 32 thousand for my truck I said no and asked for my keys. So here comes second attempt at 35 thousand I said no and asked for my keys and left. Folks look at their reviews they’re terrible. So don’t waste your time with these clowns. It is by far the very worst I’ve ever seen….

Everyone worked with us to get our older truck back up and running good. I would say excellent but there is always room for improvement. Everyone did their best and we are highly satisfied with the service. We will be back the next time we need to service one of our Chevy trucks.

If I could leave a no star review, i would. I went to this service department because of an issue with my Camaro that has 10k miles. I walk in to a salesman cussing the service writer out about not contacting a customer for over a week about her car they had. I told them what was going on with my Camaro and that I also needed an oil change and rotation. After an hour and half I walk outside and see my car parked. I go and ask is my car done? She said oh yea sorry totally forgot you were here. I said what’s wrong with my car? Oh we are down 1 tech they only could change the oil. So you mean the problem I came about you didn’t even look at? Don’t worry I will never be back. And my credit card payment, yea I stopped that payment real quick, you get what you give baby.

I bought the car close to a year ago, we were treated very well. I've had it back in for a couple of minor issues. Chelsea has taken care if us each time. Sweet little girl, anyway other than having to wait an extra day, no fault of theirs, our experience has been great.

Just got a new car. We bought it on the 7 and it had to be shipped. It was supposed to be shipped on 21-24, but we got it later. I asked one fiance manger about moving the date of payment to match the date of possession. He didn't see a problem with it and he would talk to the head finance manger. He on the other hand said no. Also, when we were doing the paperwork on the vehicle they didn't want to honor my husband's discount for his dad working and retiring at general motors. Also, we had a car in the shop there. When We got the car back it had a red mark and deep scratch on the door handle. We went to them ans the manger there said he would review cameras and call us back. It has been two weeks. We are now having to deal with general motors over the phone. We were never treated like this at the one in Oxford Alabama. We just paid one vehicle off there. We were treated so much better.

I do not trust you!!!I had a code on my truck and told them it’s the Thermostat, so they confirmed it was. This is where I’m upset about. The gentleman returns to me and informs me that the cost is 1400. and 4.5 hours. I didn’t have them do the job. This job take maybe 30 to 1 hour to do.

Steering wheel moved all the way down, no reason for that. You only had to move the car a few feet. A.c was on full blast, no reason for that. You do not respect other people's cars. Will never come back. I will tell all my friends and family how my car was treated. Also will spread it over the web.

Madison got me into my new favorite car!We went to 3 dealerships, trying to find a new family car. None were really what we were looking for or had anything in our price range, but once we got to Team One Chevrolet, she jumped into action to find us the right vehicle. I started having second thoughts on the purchase, and she was very reassuring and took the time to help put me at ease and make sure it was something we really wanted. Very polite, friendly and professional.10/10 recommend!
