If I could give 0 stars I would, this is the second time I’ve made a trip up here and they close 45 minutes before they are even suppose to close. I guess they just close when they feel like it. The government sucks and usps sucks. 🙃

Phone line won’t let you talk to a person about actual problems. Priority mail isn’t priority, and I have had a package sit in the same warehouse for a week but can’t get a soul to answer a phone to tell me what’s going on. Absolutely terrible customer service and support and the automated phone system is a joke

Had to give one star because zero wasn't an option. Once again the postal service has failed to deliver my package. When calling to find out where my package is they have no idea. UPS and Fed Ex do not have this problem. Typical government workers, no work ethic, no concern for their customers, and they are just plain old lazy leeches.

This has to be the absolute worst post office. I have ever dealt with. I have tried to call for three hours and the phone just rings and rings and rings, then disconnects me. They were absolutely no help when I went and acted like they didn’t even know what the hell was going on. I am so frustrated and ill at this point.

All the post-people, desk workers and others have always gone out of their way to help me since I have a rural carrier! Maybe the haters should try to be a little nicer to the employees of USPS! I have heard the way people talk to the workers at the USPS and these haters are simply rude!!

Driver keeps skipping my house because he/she doesn’t feel like stopping at my home . Using the excuse I have a dog .. I have to drive to the post office to pick up my packages. It keeps Happening

Yall need to go back to the drawing board. The mail service in the Gadsden area is by far the worst I've ever experienced. My packages are always late and half of the time they get delivered to othe homes besides mine. Don't know how you can screw up something so simple. I've had a package sitting at this post office for a week so far and says going threw system. Good job folks Good job. I'm not even going to waste my time going down there for them to tell me they can't find it. We all at your mercy and we know nothing will be done about it so again great job folks you win the piss pour award of the year..

Just don’t use this post office, especially if you own a business. If you need a good post office that won’t lose your packages and will actually scan them in, use Southside. Gadsden post office is horrific. If I drop off packages that have two day shipping, they don’t even get scanned in for 4 days!!! This post office deserves 0 stars

This Post Office delivered my baggage to the wrong house. I have no idea there so I called them. They said that the postal Carrier was going to go back and retreat. And deliver it on a Saturday. Maybe my wife had to go to a baby shower. Got back home, no package. No way to track the package. Just says delivered in the last year alone I have had 15 packages come up missing from this Post Office. Several just thrown out in the middle of my drivebabe one, the lady said that there was a dog out there.That she couldn't deliver.I had it on my surveillance Kramer, showing her pulling into the driveway and backing out and they're getting out no dogs whatever.
This post office is nothing but a joke
