Extremely worst location in alabama. Extremely rude employee in the front. Only location that will shut down for lunch. Go to the 2nd location if you want any service! We need negative stars..just for negative 5.

I would give 0 stars if possible the worst location ever! They do not attempt delivering package. They say they tried yet no one ever comes up driveway. No notice left either. You try calling location and they never answer. Tried resolving issue with them they do nothing!

I had a package that was supposed to delivered on May 1st. It was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to track the package down for a week. The usps called me Friday. Saying the package was š to wallgreens. I went to wallgreen to pick it up & they informed me the mailman had picked it up on Wednesday. It was a $160 birthday that lucky I was able to get a refund.

Today makes the 6th Missed delivery and I'm not happy at all to have to keep going to USPS to talk to someone about simply reading NUMBERS CORRECTLY I ordered a birthday gift that wont even be here for until after the birthday

Why is my mail not being delivered on time? I go two weeks with no mail then once a month my mail box is full of mail that I should have received weeks ago.

I dropped an item off I had bought off eBay to ship it back for a refund . They apparently lost it or just didn't ship it back . Opened a case but never heard anything back from them. Complete and absolute incompetence.

The lady that normally works the front is fantastic and pleasant; she is always nice and works fast to get customers in and out quickly. I wanted to add my review here because, when we first moved here, I avoided getting a PO box at this location based on the terrible reviews posted beforehand. But I have always had very pleasant experiences when dropping off multiple packages, both with the regular lady at the front and with the woman who fills in for her regularly.

Best post office ever. I've never had any problems. The staff is friendly, and it's close to my house which is a bonus. Every time I mail something off it always arrives on time.

This place is terrible waited so long for my tracking to be updated once it got to there facility and then they couldn't find my house when my address was clearly stated and they sent it back before I was informed anything complete incompetence.

So I was giving the black light skin lady my package the only thing was wrong was she needed to tape it well that didn't go so well I asked she said they don't tape it no more with attitude lol well she kept asking questions like she didn't know what she was doing so I didn't say nothing so I went across town to the other location they greeted me I give them my scan code n no questions this time also they taped my package

Went to this post office in June sent off a WiFi box and asked for a stamp (1 stamp). When I left and got home, I noticed my receipt I was charged for a book of stamps went back told the lady the issue she said they would have to do a stamp count and they would be in contact asked for my information gave it to her, they called once I called back I called again havenāt heard nothing and here it is now August still havenāt heard nothing still havenāt gotten my money. BE CAREFUL WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS!
