I have Comcast/ INFINITY SINCE 2000. THEY. make it hard to get ANYTHING else out here . I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THE SERVICE EVER SINCE ! I would have rated it a ZERO BUT TO LEAVE A REVIEW YOU HAD TO CLICK AT LEAST THE 1 ! SERVICE DROPPED ALL THE TIME, Then instead of adding a junction box from adding more customers they split into mine, which let other people on MY SERVICE, DOUBLE CHARGE ME MORE THAT ONCE SAYING MY BILL WAS NOT PAID. Just did withOUT ANYTHING FOR EIGHT DAYS. Just fixed yesterday at 8:00 by 4:00 was Dropping MY INTERNET AGAIN SAYING WEAK SERVICE ! IF NOT FOR HUSBAND BEING DIABLED I WOULD DROP IT ALL & GET ANOTHER PHONE CARRIER!

I came in yesterday to switch the carriers on two phones and get wifi for my house. Sam assisted my boyfriend and I through the process of getting wifi for the first time. Even though I was confused he made it easy to understand and affordable. Thanks for your help Sam, and for staying later to help us!?

I've had Comcast over 10 years always made my payments try to go get Xfinity mobile I don't qualify for a phone doesn't make any sense I went to AT&T store and was able to get a phone sadly I'm getting rid of the Internet service from Xfinity

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have autopay set up and somehow 3 other payment accounts were added onto mine which started screwing up my billing. I have been dealing with this issue for over 6 months with no resolve!! I even thought that going into the store and talking to someone in person would help resolve the issue. I was told by the store manager that they would escalate the issue and the store representative would call me within a couple days. Well big surprise there, NO ONE CALLED ME!!! I tried resolving this issue again by phone last night which makes it about the 10th try of resolving this issue. I DO NOT recommend Xfinity to anyone unless you want constant stress and headaches!

Have called twice for a low hanging cable they have came to the house and not hung it worste customer service, have called multiple times and waited multiple days for an appointment

They use to have the best internet. It constantly goes in & out where I live. I will be changing from this internet just as soon as I can find reliable internet. This is ridiculous for all the money they charge

They charge you all this money for this s@#$ and it always a outage they never take money off your bill for that or nothing I'm fed up with Xfinity I wish it was another cable company because I would definitely let them go not worth the money or hassle

Xfinity Mobile service is terrible. We have dropped calls, calls not going through and more. I have received new Sim cards, talked with technicians probably 8 times. On my last call...my service even got cut off. Then... they assured me it would never happen again. LOL. When i tried to make a call to my sister... it went to Xfinity and said I had not made a payment. I'm on auto pay. I had to call them again and they said it was on their end. Of course it was!
I'm going back to Verizon!!!
Oh...I forgot to mention they lost my tradein and didn't want to give me credit for that either.

We pay for the best available internet. We have made multiple calls. Often people do not show up and do not give notice. When we have had workers come out , they can’t figure it out and do a “band aid” fix. If you have another provider , even at less speed and more cost, do yourself a favor and don’t use Xfinity. Unfortunately our neighborhood has underground utilities and we are very limited to providers. I am actively looking for wireless providers to get rid of this joke of a company. Beyond unhappy.

went into store so I can get set up with wifi at my house & wanted to do the phone plan also but after being in the store for over a few mins nobody still hasn't even said hello or ask if I need anything. I was the only one in the store. so now will be going with someone else that actually talks and assist their customers

I hate Xfinity!!!!!!!! My bill started out at $55, then magically increased to $80 because Xfinity has the right to increase your bill just because you're breathing.So I decided to choose a lower plan so that I could stay at $55/mo, once I chose a lower plan, they added more fees that I did not previously have so that the new lower plan would still add up to $80.I'm a full-time online student and internship, so I have to have home internet. Unfortunately, they are the only internet provider in my area so it makes it easier for them to abuse their customers. I wish their actions were illegal, I would pursue legal counsel because this is ridiculous.I would drop them in a heartbeat if they had competition in my area...did I mention, I hate Xfinity?!!!!!!

Customer Service representative Nicole Young has been outstanding in helping me and offering me nothing but support,respect her patience ,assistance, understanding, and professionalism. Since changing and adding services talking to representatives on the phone have become increasingly difficult. I went into the store and was able to get the service done and completed.
