Please save your time and patience by getting an agent on the phone.The staff at this store, up to and including management, has no clue. Each and every time I have had to seek assistance from this store, I’ve spent more than an hour there, with the problems still not resolved. THIS STORE IS THE MAIN, AND ONLY, REASON I SWAPPED TO AT&T

Terrible service. They have lied to me so many times. I have spent countless time on the phone with them many times with no results. Never would I have an Xfinity phone service.

Their service SUCKS and when you disconnect your services they will wait another month to charge you for a month you did not use. They will not let you speak for a higher up. The refund will be issued but never returned. NEVER GET THEM OR USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This service is full of crap. We've had this service for over 15 years. They changed our plan without telling us anything. My wife missed a whole day of work due to them turning of her internet to her office. Then they told us they couldn't replace the plan we were on. To get it back up. Then a supervisor was suppose to contact us and never did. It's not this store. It the raggedy customer service they have. Also that automated system sucks .i will be contacting BBB next

It’s The Worst Internet ever Created on Earth.1000% do not recommend .They don’t Deserve No Stars. -1000 out 10 . They never have A human representative. They a SCAM . Over charging folks . Then when you setup an appointment for someone to come out it takes days but they never come . They Are False Advertising. An they Take advantage of Folks with Disabilities. Very Weak Connection, They WiFi Always going on an off or just never connect that comcast & Xfinity I’ve been without WiFi 3 weeks . But they want you to pay that bill every month but Never have a steady Internet Connection. I really want to sue them.

*UPDATE* as of 07/11/25 I’m still being harassed and now this makes it the 10th person over the phone I’ve talked to regarding my account. RUN for the hills and stay away from this company! They are saying I STILL owe money for NOTHING! I’m coming in to pay it but after that if they say I still owe, I will be screaming into the phone every time they call bc I can’t make this up 😭😂
I like the people I can talk to in the store as they can actually point me in the right direction. With that being said I cancelled my service around a month ago. I have gotten emails, calls, and texts all saying I need to return the equipment, when I did on May 2nd. I was told I owed nothing and turning it in was all I needed to do so I left thinking it was done. A woman called me and I explained I turned it in so she said she put a note on my account saying it was fixed. Then I got a spammed on all media saying I owed so I messaged on the app and the rep “fixed it”. Then I magically owed money a few days later so I messaged a rep on the app and he said it was handled. THEN I get an email saying I need to turn the equipment in and I replied it already handled it. THENNNNN I just got off the phone with a rep who said he put it in the notes. Y’all need to figure your system out because this is why so many people are leaving your company. I see and hear stories very similar to mine, so whoever is thinking about using Xfinity…DON’T!!

The Xfiinity assistant is the single worst peice of ai to ever exist. I'm trying to fix my email through them and I can't talk to anyone without a Xfiinity ID. To find out your Xfiinity you need to sign in with a Xfiinity ID. The settings page is down, and has been for days.

First was on the phone with trouble shooting for an hr. Told me to come to the store to pick up a new box. That wad easy enough. I get to the store.. everyone was new and I guess the manager that was there to help... was NOT helpfull at all.... spent ANOTHER hr at the store. Ssssssssooooooo frustrated.

Made an appointment 5 times to set up WIFI and they canceled every time with ME being the one reaching out to confirm. They played dumb when you could see all the messages and then tried to bargain like we’re at a flea market to set up the next availability. They gave me fake appointments so they didn’t have to deal with me anyone more even though I was very nice. Filled with empty promises and lies. If you want to be promised same day internet and get it a month later MAYBE, then I guess go with this company. I lost my job because of this…
