Driving home my check engine light came on, 100 degrees today, all I needed was to break down on the interstate! My husband recommended I drop by the Gardendale AutoZone to take advantage of their free diagnosis offer. Jarret and Trendon were welcoming, reassuring and efficient! As it turned out, the cause was a minor issues, they told me what part I needed to fix it, but was not pushing me for an immediate purchase- however my husband and I will return to give them our business gladly to repay their kindness and professionalism. Thanks Guys!!!

Came in with an almost dead battery. Kyle T not only tested our battery, but installed a new one. He was quick and engaged in friendly conversation while he installed it. He was very knowledgeable when suggesting what new battery we needed and gave us options!

Caden is always so helpful and informative. Goes out of his way for sure! I own a Dodge Charger so it’s pretty difficult to get to the headlights and he took his time to get my headlight that went out replaced. He is always so friendly and determined to help his customers. I know I can rest assisted to come into this Autozone, ask for him knowing I will leave happy and satisfied. Def deserves a raise!
