Dewey Barber Chevrolet deserves way more than 5 stars!
DJ and David from the service department were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us Floridians in a tough spot. We were traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to Millington, Tennessee when our 2024 Chevy Silverado suddenly shut down on the highway near Birmingham, Alabama. After struggling to find anyone who could help, this incredible team at Dewey Barber came to our rescue!
DJ stayed in touch with us by phone and made sure a technician, David, was there after hours to get us back on the road safely. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication turned what could’ve been a nightmare into a reminder that there are still truly good people out there.
Thank you, DJ and David — you both are lifesavers, and we’re so grateful for everything you did! 🙏🚗💙

Sorry to say we paid $10,000 for a repair on our truck and we live in Florida so it’s a long way to bring it back. We broke down near Dewey Barber and had to tow our truck there. We picked it up and it smoked the whole way home. The service man said it was supposed to do it. But it quit on us again and now they won’t honor the warranty on the repairs. We are not able to afford the cost of repairing it again. I hope this reaches the owner and he does right by us.

Dewey Barber Chevrolet was amazing to deal with. It was very simple and fast. Raymond, our salesperson was amazing. He was very fast to respond to any questions and answer any calls. I would highly recommend him and to try this dealership out.

Jake met me with a smile and was very friendly. I came specifically for one vehicle, but was open to other options. After attempting to do a deal with the car I wanted, he did not try to work with me to see if there was anything else he could work out for me. I was presented outrageous numbers for the vehicle after telling him where I wanted to be payment wise. I ended up finding another dealership and driving off in my new vehicle.
