Tanner helped me very throughly and was awesome! He explained everything very nicely and he even wanted a second opinion about my breaks so he got his store manager Jason to look at them and give the most honest answer. I’ll definitely be using express in Gardendale again

I got my oil change at the Gardendale, Al location. My service tech was named Alex. Alex went above and beyond to ensure that all my service needs were met, he took time to explain and made sure I understood every detail in which I needed to know. I felt very comfortable with allowing Alex to service my vehicle. I would definitely make this location my permanent location when getting my oil change and I would be sure to ask for Alex! Best Customer Service Experience I’ve had in years! Kudos to Alex????

Alex took care of me and ran me through the entire history of my cars health - gave me several worthwhile quotes on some service I planned on getting done soon. Incredibly helpful and very well spoken, really seems to love what he does

Was having a hard time finding somewhere to mount trailer tires the same day. Called and spoke to Jason and he got me taken care of in 30 minutes. Great customer service from Jason!
