They are fabulous. Have had a unit there for 5 years plus years. Haven't been to the unit in 2 years. No bugs or mouses. No water damage. Everything was just as we had left it. They are the best.

I used them for over a year, and I'm extremely pleased with the climate control storage area and the employees. If I need it again in the future, I will definitely use them again.

I have had two separate units after upgrading and enjoy storing whatever here. AlsoI’m in the climate control and it’s always in the low 70’s which is perfect if you have items that do not need to get too hot or cold. Come check them out.

Due to a job change, we had to relocate very quickly and did not have a new place. I can't say enough good things how Sharon worked with us to find space for our things. She went above and beyond with accommodating our crazy schedule and the amount of space we needed. We just recently completed moving into our new home and our very thankful Sharon was able to reduce the stress for us. Would recommend her and her team to anyone!

Have been storing items here for years and never a problem. The cleanest self storage I have ever seen. In a very safe location so I never feel uncomfortable when accessing my stuff. Staff have always been very nice and helpful.

Gardendale Self Storage is the cleanest, nicest self storage we have ever used. The staff is super friendly and the building was so clean. It was secured and I never worried about my belongings. We had everything we own in that unit and it was never bothered. They are amazing.

We used Gardendale Self Storage several years ago. We loved them and the facility was clean and Ms. Sharon was wonderful to work with. Recently my son rented a unit from them while he was in between apartments and they done his wonderful also. Would highly recommend!

My family recently rented a climate controlled unit from GSS. The unit looked brand new, was always clean, and safe. Sharon and the people there could not be more helpful and kind. I really have no complaints or concerns. I would not hesitate to store there again if needed.
