They have always taken care of me with a neighborly smile. Their inventory is absolutely top notch, so they aren't cheap. But there's a reason why they aren't cheap....their inventory is top notch. Stihl, Walker commercial mowers to name a couple of brands.

In September I called Johnson power equipment needing some help with my walker mower. I had a large oil leak coming from an axle seal on my left hydro. I did 5 minutes worth of research and seen that walker had discontinued this model of hydro’s and it was near impossible to find a aftermarket. But I called my local dealer anyway to see if they could help. They insured they could and for me to bring it in. So I did. In January I called just to check how the progress was going with my mower and they told me they had ordered a part and it would be ready soon. A week later they called and said they couldn’t find anything wrong with my mower. They said they adjusted the RPM’s. So I went and paid their bill to get my mower back. It drove fine loading it up on my trailer. I got home (30 min away) to find a very large puddle of oil in my driveway that the seal had leaked out again. So I called them back to let them know that and they said bring it in and they would fix it. So I took it back and asked if they would refund my money and they did. They told me the hydro was bad and they would order me a new one. They called me a couple of days later and told me a price in a new hydro and I told them to order it and fix it. A week later they called me and said they can’t get the correct hydro and they can’t fix my mower, for me to come pick it up. So I went and picked it up and there is another charge they want me to pay because they tore it down getting ready for the new hydro. My mower wasn’t fixed. I was confused why I owed them money when it was there mistake saying they could get the correct hydro. They were very ugly to me saying they spent all this time on my mower when it was their mistake in the first place not ordering the correct hydro. I just try to treat people like I want to be treated and places like this take advantage of people like me. I wont be back. After talking with other lawn care friends they have had terrible experiences with this place.

Purchase walker mower last August 2021Have had problems with it cost $$$ as much as paid for my last 3 mowersWalker mowers is supposed to get good service after the saleEvery time I have called them with a problem they give me their sad story they are six weeks behind on repairs and they can’t get anyone to work that’s not my problemCarried it to Bobs cycle they checked it and repaired same dayI WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS BUSINESS. BLACK EYE FOR WALKER MOWERS!!!!!

Sadly some of the staff here is rude and disrespectful. They markup parts for a profit and say 2 weeks and have always taken more then double the time they promised. This is the third time this has happened. I assumed it was a bad day or just something that came up but three strikes and I’m out

The worst equipment dealer I have ever had the misfortune to buy from. I am unable to drive and so I cannot pull a trailer to bring any large piece of equipment back for service. I spoke at length with the salesman about this situation and he assured me that that they could arrange to have the mower picked up and returned when it needed service. So I paid $12,000 for a Scag mower.

Great people to do business with! I've been here for Stihl supplies a number of times, and now my first machine rental. Reservations were easy, pickup was easy, and a detailed demonstration was performed before leaving with it. I highly recommend them, and I'll continue doing business here!

Just had an amazing experience here. Needed a new head for my weedeater and they sell EVERYTHING you would need for a Stihl weedeater. Awesome service, friendly, and quick. What more could a landscapee ask for? Nothing. Can’t say it was awesome enough!

Everytime I have taken my equipment there to get fixed they fix it quick and they are very reasonable......I have a 45mile drive to take it to them but their customer service is worth the drive
