“If there was a way to rate this company more than 5 stars I definitely would. I used Raughley Transfer to pack a small sized POD for a cross country move and they could not have done any better. Blake and David were professional, friendly, and managed to pack what I surely thought was going to be way too much stuff into this POD, and they did it extremely quickly. I strongly suggest giving them a call if you are in the process of relocating. After moving a few times, I have seen the difference in moving companies. This company and those movers are top of the line.”

In this morning’s rain, he went to a property to see if it would be possible for my friend to use a container. Google Earth was non-conclusive, so he went the extra mile(s) to see for himself. He shared a way it would work, but recommended another course of action that would be better for my friend. THAT’S customer service and HE’S someone you want in your contacts list. P.S. I’ve used Mobile Attic in the past and was happy with the experience.”

“All moving companies should pattern themselves after Jackson moving company. Mr. Bradley Jackson is truly a professional in every sense of the word. He follows up on a regular basis to get your status on your move-in date. I even checked with the Birmingham Better Business Bureau and found out that he has an A+ rating now I know why. He came by my apartment looked at my boxes and my furniture saw what needed to be done and I explain to him I wanted everything on one truck and he said I got one truck 24 ft and three guys. He also explained that his rate on a one-bedroom to a one bedroom is currently $300 with no steps to climb. Mr. Jackson also explains that he will place my furniture wherever I wanted it in my new apartment. Would i recommend him absolutely. Would I use him again absolutely. I was speaking with a friend of mine about my move and before I could finish he gave me his first name Bradley. My friend's name is Little June and he gave his stamp of approval. I was sold right then and there.June said that he had known Mr Bradley Jackson for about 40 years. I rest my case.”

In addition, I was unable to supervise much of the move because my husband was in the hospital and I needed to be there. They took ownership of the process as if it was their personal move. “Hired Matt and his team to help move a washer, and dryer twice now! I could’ve gotten it with my wife, but couldn’t risk scratching our floors in the case of a drop or a drag. I relayed my concerns to Matt and he assured me this was well within their scope of capability. They had it done in no time and it was as if they’d never been there. Their shoes were clean, and they even asked if they needed to remove them before entering! Very thoughtful and attentive. Thanks”
