NAPA Auto Parts provides quality auto parts for cars, trucks, farm, or marine vehicles. The staff is awesome, super helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Customer service is absolutely outstanding and friendly, offering decent and great service. They work quickly to get customers the parts they need, using the computer to find the exact part number. If a part is not in stock at the Gardendale store, they will direct customers to the store that has it. The business offers curbside pickup, delivery, and in-store shopping. With a convenient location, they are here to serve the greater Gardendale area for all auto part needs.
Had a problem with a portable battery charger purchased previously that had not been opened until recently wherein an issue was found. The Store Manager personally took time to fix the problem with the charger. Great customer service and much appreciated.

Awesome staff!!! Mike is a wonderful asset. All the staff are very knowledgeable in which parts you need. They only use the computer to get the parts number so they know exactly which box to pull of the shelf.

I just left your Gardendale store. When Mr. James couldn’t find the part in stock, he directed me to the store that did. He was very courteous and professional.
