I’ve had to go to the store a couple of times and have always been treated nicely by the staff. The store is always busy, but the staff takes the time to explain things, while getting through the line at a reasonable pace. The young man, Damien, who came out last night to fix the internet was so sweet and figured out what was wrong very quickly. Even though it was 8:00pm by the time he left, he was professional and respectful, no resentment for having to be out late. Within 2 hours we had a bucket truck out here to fix the wire between the telephone poles outside.

Wanted to give a huge shout-out to Juan and Kyle. They installed my service today. Very nice and professional. Spectrum is very lucky to have them.

I'm dealing with a mess right now because when I was there earlier this month they encouraged me to sign up for a promotion I didn't want but they said it would drop my bill. I reluctantly signed up. The promotion apparently wasn't real. They lied about a promotion to increase the numbers of people signing up...and the company is not helping alleviate the extra charge for a service I didn't want.

Don’t use spectrum. They’ve been charging us $100 for “high speed” internet and it’s literally been out for an entire week. Constantly blipping in and out. We’ve been calling and calling and the only reaction we got was “we can drop $20 off your bill and make it slower”. Ridiculous, and they can’t be bothered to help anyone and rather use stupid robots to do customer service. Huge rip off.

Brought my friend to pay his bill. Lines too long , for such a small store. After waiting 15 minutes in line they announced the computers were down and they didn't know when they would be up working again.

Worst internet service ever. Always going out continuously. Would get a different provider if available.

Outages are daily. Today, the outage started around 2:45 pm and still not back up as of almost 9 pm. Gonna swap to another service. We were overcharged for the first 5 or 6 months also. Wanted WiFi only but we were set up for some bundle. Never got credited or refunded. Overall, dealing with spectrum has been a huge hassle.

Brian was fantastic! I changed phone service from Verizon to Spectrum. I also bought a new phone. Brian new his products and services and made the transition easy for me!! Thank you, Brian. It is nice to have someone in that store that knows how to perform a transaction correctly. Thank you!!

My mother Brenda Prestridge has been doing business with ya"ll for years including my dad Joseph. My mother is 74 years old with a bad hip. She had to wait for over an hour standing up. They would wait on other customers that came in later but not her. Even other customers were complaining to them about that. They said to bad that she can wait. I don't know what kind of business you run here but that is not right.
