I never had anyone take me to their chair and ask me how I wanted everything and then take me to wash my hair. She did a great job and I will be back. I didn't get her name though.

I took both of my daughters for trims today and the two ladies working were very sweet. My 6year old was very happy that “her lady” braided her hair after a trim ❤️
