The tow truck driver tried to convince me to take my vehicle to another shop because Gardendale Wholesale Transmission was only open 3 days a week. I read a handful of customers reviews, I didn’t read anywhere in the reviews,people were not happy. “We traveled from Maryland for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed some work done on our Volvos prior to driving back home. The owner Alex, waited for us to arrive although it was near to their closing time. Once we arrived he was efficient and knowledgeable about our cars. Repaired the Volvos and made sure sufficient air was in our tires in record breaking time. We drove back to Maryland without any issues. Great place with exceptional service! If we lived near Birmingham Alex at GTech would be our only mechanic!! Two thumbs UP!!”
