“Today, I went to the Express Oil Change in Gardendale to get my Camry's oil changed. Upon driving onto the lot, the Assistant Manager, Reed, greeted me. I told him about my email no longer receiving coupons, so he changed my email address to get Marketing to send me coupons again. Also, Reed used a legitimate Express Oil Change coupon that I found on the Internet, since I did not have a coupon through email. He is a young man who has a real gift to speak with people and respects coworkers and customers alike. I appreciate that Reed truly wants to satisfy every customer from the beginning to the end of their maintenance appointment. The Lead Manager, Micky, has a great sidekick with Reed on his team!”

“While the service at this place is satisfactory, the promotion of a "10 minute oil change" is deceptive. It may only take 10 minutes to drain and refill the oil, once you get your turn in line (which is usually backed up), but you can expect to be there at least 30 minutes on any given day and possibly longer on the weekends when demand is higher. I would suggest they just take the "10 Minute Oil Change" sign down. It's irritating when you feel like you have been lied to by poorly thought out advertisement.”
