Got the new iPhone 14 Pro Max in today, couldn’t get it to sync with my old one so took it in for help. Katy, Nate and Stacy were extremely helpful and spent the hour and a half with me getting it working. Just wanted to give a shout out to them for all their help, these three associates are top notch!!! Again, thank y’all for your help!

Wanted an upgrade and they got right to it. Love this store! John T. did a great job at answering all my questions and he’s very professional. He only works Tue. at this location so be sure to catch him! Wednesday people are great too I was just in there but I already forgot the names but I seriously recommend this location for all your Upgrade needs.

Love This Place And The Great Vibes..So Helpfully I Was A T-Mobile Customer And They Helped Me With My Problems. I Left With 2 New Phones And Transferred Services And Was Able To Keep My Same Numbers…Oh Yeah And To Mention Cheaper Bill..I Was So Satisfied To Be A First Time Verizon Customer…This Is A Great Location By The Way ❤️

Went looking to see a phone up close. Terrance was very helpful and knowledgeable as to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure he answered my questions. Highly recommend anyone looking for a phone to see him!

Walked into this store yesterday and was TOTALLY ignored until we started to walk out the door. THEN your representative said someone will be here at 11:00 (it was 10 when we entered). I can understand being short staffed ... what I CANNOT understand is what happened to common courtesy when a customer walks in the door. A jesture as simple as HELLO...maybe be with you in a few minutes ... but absolutely NOTHING is unacceptable! I really should take the 1 star away ... you don't even deserve that. If she's the best you can do, put a sign on the door and have customers come back when you have someone representing you that actually cares!

Here's a copy of the letter I wrote Allison, who works at this Verizon store. I think my letter tells you why I wish this store was closer to where I live:I am so embarrassed that it has taken me this long to get back with you. The day I saw you in the Verizon store, I had just buried both my parents. I was so anxious, wanting to preserve the last memories I had of their lives. I cannot put into words how you helping me helped me at such a vulnerable time. I know you deal with all sorts of issues every day, from your regular customers. I was just there in Alabama for my parent’s funeral services and you came to my rescue. It’s been so long ago, almost a year, I’m sure you don’t remember the specifics. I had two videos, and I was trying to save them to storage, just to make sure I had a backup copy, and I was having so much trouble. We were so fortunate to have entered your store. You took my phone and in a matter of a few minutes, had everything backed up and organized. I was able to put one issue aside, knowing I had duplicate copies of something so important to me.I don’t know who you work for or anything about the organization of your store, but would you mind taking my email and sharing with those you work with, especially anyone in a position of authority? I want them to know what you did to help me at a time when I really, really needed help.

Just no! All my customer service rep, Wesley, cared about was taking my money. He didn’t set up one of the phones correctly so the number couldn’t be ported. Found this out when another worker came by to help him. He didn’t even offer to go back and try to port the number. Then I asked about a discount Verizon was offering. Wesley said that he couldn’t offer me that one but would give me one. Wesley actually insinuated that I would be getting a similar discount but of course I did not. Was charged over $400 in accessories trying to get the buy more, save more deal Verizon is running. Right! After talking with Verizon, I was told that he should have sent me online to get the deal instead of misleading me.In case you’re wondering, this is not a corporate store which means they don’t offer all of the same deals as Verizon. More than the discount, Wesley didn’t explain anything. I almost missed out on the switcher rebates because my phones didn’t meet the requirements. Went back to get a line ported correctly and Brandon still didn’t do it correctly although he pretended to. He did return the accessories correctly though. Went back a final time to return the phone of the line that did not port correctly and witnessed a customer being given a free accessory for her phone for upgrading her daughter’s phone. I upgraded three phones but didn’t get anything. Yeah?!This place is a no!

Matt Motes has gained a friend for life after my visit today. I went in to trade in a line, and upgrade another. The process was quick and easy! There was one moment where trouble encountered on the corporate end, and he called them and talked it out to fix it so that I didn't have to! He put our cases and screen protectors on for us as well. He was very friendly, engaged in casual chat with myself and my children. No one in this store made me feel like I was a bother or causing a scene with my children who had to tag along. I love the team here and I'm very glad they were here to help. Ginger was also filling in for someone today, and she also engaged in wonderful conversations with us and laughed with my kids! 10/10 experience and I will return every time from now on.

I have been using this Verizon store for several years now. I always try and go in and have Stacy to help me anytime she's working. She is always so very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and what would be best for the customer. Verizon would be crazy to get rid of her she is always fun to be around and makes it easy to go in and deal with.
