This pharmacy is kind of hit or miss as to whether or not your prescriptions will be ready. I'd say it's about 80/20 with them being ready. I strongly believe that the fault causing the inconsistency lies in their mobile app. Sometimes the refill requests submitted via the app don't actually get pushed through to the pharmacy (per the pharmacy technician we spoke to last time). Not really sure why that is or how it happens, but they seem to just get lost in the ether. *shrug* Other times the app will show that you have prescriptions ready to pick up, but you get to the pharmacy and they're not there. This is really unfortunate, because the easy refill requests not requiring you to actually call and wait half an hour on hold to request your medications one at a time is half the incentive to use a chain pharmacy like Walgreens. On a side note, I LOVE going inside the store to shop after a major holiday. All of the holiday merch gets HEAVILY discounted. Such a steal!

Store employees are always talking and not paying attention to the check out. The employees know nothing about their jobs its taken three people to find out how to do a return. Ive had someone tell me i cant do a transaction ive went down the street and had no issues doing. I think they just throw whoever will show up out and hope for the best. I

Rude & definitely not trained properly. Stop rejecting people with ID’s from another place outside the U.S. That’s discrimination. Train your employees the correct way to do things & be a little more welcoming. Also seems to always be SUPER behind.

Every single time I go to Walgreen’s Pharmacy on Fieldstowm Rd, the lines outside and inside are insane. The pharmacy is poorly managed to say the least. I will be moving my prescriptions.

I walked in and not one of the group of employees who were standing there talking greeted me, ofc I thought it was rude but went on about my day. I went to the picture area and waited a little thinking one of the ladies who were talking up front would see I needed assistance.... nope, so I pushed the button and to my surprise they continued to talk. When the conversation was done or they decided to finally help me, then I was acknowledged... completely unsatisfied with my first interaction with this store, I definitely will not be back.

I’m never going back. Y’all have lost my business. Guess girl up front was having a bad day. I don’t care. My prescription was one day early. She said couldn’t fill it. I had to wait a day. WhIch I BS I’ve got it a day early before. That’s fine I will support my little Morris’s pharmacy. !!!!!!! The girl at the pharmacy taking precautions didn’t even have a mask on. Come on. Really should be wearing mask at this time for every ones safety !!!! It’s a pharmacy for real !!

I always get great customer service here. I find lots of items here that I can't find in other stores. They also have a free same day pickup photo center if you need pictures developed.

To say the past few days have been a nightmare would be an understatement. My child was in an accident that broke several bones and sent her to the OR for repair. We were finally discharged home with a prescription that our pharmacy did not have. I hurried over to this pharmacy who had it. They were closing early like every pharmacy for the holiday weekend. But when I arrived they took in my disheveled look from sleeping in a hospital chair for a few days and showed me kindness. They assured me they would figure it out so my child wouldn't have to go in pain for the next few days. When insurance rejected it they kept trying and even though I had to pay out of pocket we found a coupon to help. At no point did they make me feel rushed or acted as anything but compassionate in my time of need. My only regret is that I was so tired that I didn't catch their names and can't personally recognize them for their acts of kindness. But they took what was turning into a disaster and brought some peace to a very bad time for my family. I hope that this branch recognizes them for it. Even though my insurance won't cover for me to continue being a customer here, I would recommend them to anyone. I wish them all a happy holiday.

Walgreens has no business handling FedEx packages. If you are a drop off location for FedEx you should have supplies. Also, be able to give email receipts when requested not, we can't guarentee an email receipt.
