The customer service and explanations on having the septic system installed have been enormously helpful. Tammie has been very patient and answered all my question and concerns regarding the process from contacting an engineer to going through the permit process. Im looking forward to having Ellensburg completing my installation.

We called on a Friday morning due to our sewage backing up in to the house. They came out and unblocked the pipes to the septic tank and drained the tank while explaining the process to us. The guys were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.
