I ordered a couple of gifts to be delivered to my bedridden sister out on Highway 85. The 2 packages were scanned as attempted, but were NOT attempted. My sister’s hospital bed is next to the front door, plus there is a covered front porch for packages to be left and no dogs around. Now, I have to find a way to get those packages for my sister that were suppose to be delivered BEFORE Christmas. The 800 number is a joke and I live 2 hours away. Very poor rural carrier service!!

There’s a new employee working at this location. She was rude and does not know how to be polite to customers. She also does not know how to work the computer very well for postage or other issues. She is a little younger with at shoulder length dark hair. She was really disrespectful to several customers in line ahead of me that day. She did not look happy and seemed really peeved. She didn’t know the answers to questions but seemed like she was taking it out on the customers. This location has always been nice, hopefully she will mature and learn how to serve the public respectfully!

Nine times out of ten your in and out, and if Karen's not there getting sent to the corner to fill out your paperwork...depending on what day you go, I would never go on Thursday, the only half day Karen's off. So get there by lunch if you want to get sent to the corner with no post master on the premises, as far as that goes, no postmaster there nine times out of ten with Karen doing his and her job...she should be getting triple time while manning the front by herself on check day mailing every package, printing every money order and doing the postmaster job. Can an office legally be open? She should get back pay for several years, or at least as long as the federal post office thinks tim was on the job site using her and drawing a check.

Very friendly staff. Knows people by name. Service is great! I enjoy going in and seeing Karen. She's very knowledgeable and acts promptly. She can tell you the fastest and cheapest way to send your mail. I don't know what they will ever do without her when the time comes for her to retire!
