No public restroom! I’m pregnant and stopped to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom. Employees didn’t care. Excuse was ppl put pampers etc in the toilet! Had the most nonchalant look on their faces.

When this store was Fred's there was always a bathroom for the public, when it opened as family dollar there was still a bathroom for the public until the Manager decided there wouldn't be. The bathroom is not out of order.

My husband has stage four cancer, we have been loyal customers until now after today when he was in urgent need of a bathroom and was denied. This not only is cruel but goes against Ally's law I will be consulting legal advice.

I'm disappointed. We stopped on way back from hospital with my 6yr old. We was there for 3 days and had poop accidenta and I told them ,when I asked if we could use bathroom ,they have bc it was emergency, they said no. So my poor 6 yr old had accident in stor( still in hospital gown with hospital bracelet) how HEARTLESS can someone be?
They have a working bathroom, and refuse to fix customer bathroom. For at least 4 months. So why would they try to punish a little girl for their laziness.its not her fault they didn't fix it . How can these people live with themselves.

I never thought I’d have to say this, but here we are in 2025, and prejudice is still alive and well—even in places we go just to grab everyday essentials. It’s frustrating and disappointing to walk into Family Dollar and Dollar Tree in small Georgiana only to experience or witness unfair treatment based on race, background, or just personal bias from employees.
These stores are meant to serve everyone in the community, yet some employees act as if basic respect is optional. Whether it's rude behavior, following customers around like they’re criminals, or treating certain people with less patience and kindness—it’s NOT okay.
We all deserve to shop without feeling judged or unwelcome. No one should have to deal with this in a place that claims to serve the community.

There was a worker on the floor helping people. I believe she was a manager. Good job. Store looked great.
