The owner is absolutely unprofessional. I couldn’t believe how childish and immature she was. I cannot warn you enough not to go here. She talks bad about her own clients to other clients. It’s absolutely ridiculous how terrible of a person the owner is.

Lbc is my favorite place to get anything monogramed! They have the best prices, and the owner is a wonderful person. Everyone in here is always so kind and helpful! It's the perfect place for gifts for anyone for any occasion! I would highly recommend for anyone to check it out.
