As of today I have tried for 3 days via email, voicemails & website messages to get in contact w this business about taking a unit off autopay thats been cleaned out. Per the hours on their website theyve been open every time ive tried contacting resulting in my account being overdrafted bc they refuse to answer any communication.
I would not suggest renting from them on autopay bc you will not be able to contact them or utilize their website to remove thr payment. Very dissatisfied customer.
Update: although I dont agree w not posting closures for customers to be aware of, they were timely on my refund. So I am changing my 1 ☆ review to reflect that.
Update AGAIN.. I had 2 units with them. I now have been calling for a week trying to get a call back to confirm closing my account ( autopay ) w them.. unit has BEEN cleaned and empty and THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK. Online portal still shows active. You can rent it online but cant CLOSE it or GET ANYONE TO ANSWER ABOUT CLOSING IT. Beyond frustrated with this place & WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. id give it 0 stars jus bc of the customer service with them. Facility is fine, the folks running it aren't.
