I made the mistake and stopped here yesterday. The store was crowded in the aisle’s and not stocked up. Boxes and carts in the aisles. I saw the posted sign on the door to use cards only. And as I was paying the machine asked if I wanted Cash Back. And I said Yes. The Cashier Jenn was nice and immediately walked away to the manager’s office. Then she came back and started getting the $20 Cash that I had entered into the card machine. Then here comes the ?? Manager ?? And she said that she “has Signs posted to only use cards”! Saying this LOUD AS SHE WALKED PAST ME. I replied,”I don’t generally stop here BUT THE MACHINE ASKED ME! SHE REPEATED HER SMART REMARK AGAIN IN FRONT OF A LONG LINE OF PATRONS TRYING TO PAY OUT. Jenn was nice and professional. Jenn handed me the money and the manager said, “We’re going to be short tonight!” I felt sorry for Jenn. The manager walked BACK TO HER OFFICE AND DID NOT HELP ALL THE PEOPLE WAITING TO PAY OUT. (After her talking smart and loud to me!!!) I DONT PLAN ON EVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!! INAPPROPRIATE MANAGEMENT!!!! RUDE!!!!!

Shelves always seem to not have items on them, the aisles are usually a mess and sometimes you have to look for the cashier. Would give zero stars if I could. Don't recommend.

I try to come by this location in the mornings between 8-10 am, and the opening manager (Jermell Davis) is always there to assist me when needed! He’s always prompt with it because I’m usually in a rush! Thanks JD! The Gordo community appreciates your efforts brother! 🫡

It is a shame the amount of time this store is closed. They might as well lock the doors. It's a good thing Family Dollar opened next door.

This site in Gordo was a mess and I'm not talking for a day or two. Shelfs empty aisles blocked stuff sitting on the floor. They had carts full of merchandise to be stocked on selfs. These carts sat for over a week same ones nobody touching them. We had to move carts and boxes out from in front of shelf so we could get to the things we needed. Here comes the best part when we go to check out, the cashier sees our cart and makes a sound of discuss. She then informs me we don't have any bags, of course I know better because I see some at next Register. I said that's fine and walked over and removed those bags and brought them over. She finished our ringer us up i bagged everything and walked out after spending over$256.00 dollars in that nasty store not any more. We stop at the one in Coker or anywhere else even if we have to go out of our way.

The manager is not a very nice person. She is neurotic, high strung, and not professional at all. I am a vendor that is now NOT going to call on her store anymore due to her rude unprofessionalism. She has a LOT to learn on talking and discussing issues with people. She berated me in front of other employees and customers as LOUD as she could. Luckily this in not an assigned store, so I have the WONDERFUL option of NOT calling on her store again.

Very clean and organized. You have space to move through the aisles. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
