She was SO sweet, friendly, and helpful …. amazing … nowadays ‼️ Most companies can’t even be reached in person. And are rarely friendly and barely helpful, if at all!!!! We have been UPG customers for several years … and have ALWAYS received good customer service!! Today was no exception, in fact it was great! Samantha is an asset to us as customers… and definitely to UPG/Tombigee Propane, too‼️ Many sincere thanks to every individual who has a part in keeping our home warm and cozy in cold months, and our stoves and ovens cooking all year‼️‼️ Again special thanks to Samantha today, and the whole UPG team throughout the year!”
