March 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Placed an online order for 3 footlongs. Picked up and went home. Every single sandwich was wrong. All of them was extra lettuce and they gave me 2 without any lettuce at all. They all had random toppings that was not even ordered, they just put what they felt like on them. I'm so disappointed. It's definitely whoever was on the clocks fault because every other time I go there I get exemplary service. I placed online orders all the time and never have a problem. I have since called 6x in the last 30 minutes with no answer.

Had an online order. Ordered 6 pm arrived 655 only to have one employs throw a knife and go somewhere leaving one employee by her self. Then I find out that my order has not been started, an hour later. This is not acceptable. It's always something at this location. I recommend Popeyes across the street.at least there u can get some food.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly cursing going on from employees. Knife throwing bouncing everywere

Lazy manager just slopped sandwich together and stingy with vegetables. There might be one thin onion ring on a foot long sandwich. The meat is on one half and vegetables on one half.

I wish I could give less than 1 star but this has nothing to do with the actual employee who served us on 12/28/23.For starters the employee who was working that night was not only a new employee but had not been properly trained nor spoke fluent/clear English. The person in charge of prep did horrible as many bottles were miss labeled so the poor guy went of the name yet the sauce was incorrect. (That specific issue caused a "Karen" to go off on the poor man and when he did his best to fix the situation by refunding her after she berated him she was insulted and continued to verbally harass the man while yelling.)Once it came to our sandwiches we pointed at what we wanted and he did great, he was kind and did his best to verbally communicate with us. My partner and I have worked in many food establishments and understand it can take time to get the hang of things BUT it doesn't help when they are left alone while still new much less when there is a speech barrier. I genuinely wanted to cry for the guy after that lady treated him such a way. But he was put in that position by management.Another issue is not with Subway directly but that due to the situation management/prep put him in, he was not only loudly and publicly berated and insulted by the women mentioned above but also by the gas station employee who worked on the other side of the joint establishment. The woman went over to the gas station cashier complaining about the worker of subway and they continued to not only holler and yell across the building horrid/rude things about this man but also racial slurs, profanity, and etc. If it wasn't so late I would have asked to talk to both of their managers. The woman should have been asked to leave the establishment by management for disrupting the establishment and harassing an employee. The cashier of said gas station should be fired for berating and harassing the subway employee as well as behaving in an unprofessional way/participating in profanity, slurs, etc.This poor man is trying to making a living and was as kind and as call as could be. This is how people quit, fall into depression, etc. Employers do better by your employees.

Ordered of the app was told they’ve been out of marinara sauce for meatballs for 2 days also the toaster was out of order plus it took another 20 minute after we waited 30 minutes because we ordered off the app . Every time we go there there out of something either meat or bread or soda won’t be back

This all happened AFTER I waited 15 minutes - Worker complained about having to heat up my meat in the microwave, the other worker didn’t know what he was doing & had very poor training, they only put 3 pieces of bacon on my footlong BLT, there was loud vulgar music coming from the back & one of the men lost a beard hair in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve tried calling multiple times to speak to a manager, nobody ever picks up.

I ordered off the app. They called me and told me they were out of the kind of bread I wanted for my sandwichs. That was fine we got what they had left which was wheat bread. When my boyfriend went to pick up our food which for a family of 5. We got 5 sandwichs. She told us next time we need to give a 24 hour notice because it's considered a catering order. Then proceeded to tell him we sold them out and it was our fault for them having to close up early. Like who makes people feel bad over ordering for their family of 5.

The girl with the red hair dyed up top has an awful attitude. Very disrespectful and threatened to kick me out when I said something to her about her behavior and attitude. I asked for the manager or owners phone number and they said they couldn’t give it out. Who do you report it too besides coming on here.

Can't believe what I witnessed tonight. As a young pregnant girl was trying her best to handle the dinner rush by herself, repeatedly asking the manager, Cassie, for help, the manager never came out from the back to help her employee. After numerous customers walked out, the manager then instructed her pregnant employee to tell customers they were not taking orders anymore. I've seen some horrible managers, but this takes the cake. If you're in a position of leadership, you don't let the ones you're supposed to be leading fail. I filed a formal complaint with corporate as I hope most other customers did as well.

Subway in Grandbay Al. Are they out of business? Over the past ten days I've been in there 5 times to try to get a sandwich but 4 times they've been out of bread, except for flat bread, and once out of meat.(steak) only one employee working a shift 4× and 2 employees on one occasion. The last time (yesterday) I even asked if I could bring my own bread. I'm just one local customer who eats there 4 plus times a week. Please fix this problem. There are other subways to eat at, just a few more minutes drive. But by not having product and employees to conduct business you definitely won't stay in business much longer. The best Subway I have ever been to. They follow instructions to the letter on how you want your food handled. The food was fresh and tasted awesome. ? The service was spectacular. ? ? This will be the only Subway I eat at for a while.Parking: The only issue I have with this Subway is that it is inside a Circle K, and it's parking lot is not big enough for the convenient store, let alone, Subway.

I ordered 3 footlongs paid over 30.00 for them and one was not correctly made. The other two, were ok except for the hard bread.
