Customers stay at this truck stop every time they go to Mobile. It's been there a long time but it's nicer and cleaner than some new truck stops out there. The employees are always nice and helpful. Customers have never used the shop but if the store is an example of the whole place then they would definitely use them without hesitation. They keep up the great work. Nice places like this for truckers to stop and stay are becoming scarce. The folks in the service department are awesome!! Scotty and the entire JMSA Team. While RVing in Alabama, a customer stopped for fuel and realized they had a valve stem leaking. The folks at the Tire center found a tool for their RV tire and fixed it right up. They normally don't work on RV rigs. What a great group of people!! LESA J. The store is clean and they have an actual Dunkin' Donuts store inside. As of 02/08/23, the showers and bathrooms are still not working. They have a portable potty at the fuel island. A customer normally doesn't write reviews but this needs to be addressed. Site 0054, the customer and their wife stopped by there in the morning around 3 on the 15th, they normally get fuel there when they head to Atlanta from Moss Pointe. However, when they came in, there was an older cashier Douglas and a younger one Jason working. The customer walked up to the counter and a solid minute goes by while the older gentleman is on his phone. The other cashier stopped the coffee to come help, so props to Jason, but seriously, why let cashiers even have their phones out if there isn't going to be a blare of videos and ignoring customers.
