Don't do walk in passports we got there 5 minutes before 4pm no one in lobby and we were turned away, was told they only do 4 walkins during their walkin hour, schedule your appointment so they don't turn you away!

I’ve had a couple of encounters here. Bryan is the epitome of leadership. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always goes the extra mile. He most definitely should be eligible for some kind of management / leadership position.
There was another gentleman and lady up front who were also helpful, kind.

Vicki at the front desk was very rude when we first walked in and started to fill out our passport paperwork 10 minutes before our appointment. We are not from Grand Bay and it was our first time doing a passport and let alone at this location and did not know they wanted the paper work filled out before hand, it was a sign on the door that they made, so I was surprised and thankfully we got there early enough and still made it out before our time was up, so it’s not like we were an inconvenience to her at all. She was just rude from the start, and is not the person that does the passports, so I feel she should have never opened her mouth. I asked was that policy on their website bc I did not see anything saying that since she wanted to be rude about it, and that i called multiple times for 2 days to ask and they never answered the phones.
She should definitely be addressed for how she approaches customers, it really put a bad first time experience on the table for us, and we will not be returning here. Her attitude was very nasty.
But Bryan on the other hand who was actually doing the passport process was an angel. He was quick and made the process very easy for me and my fiancé. He was very sweet :) thank you for showing the appropriate customer service.!

Mail lady will not a
Absolutely refuses to deliver my mother's mail. This mail lady on the route of eagle point drive in grandbay. I don't know why the theft and the refusal to deliver mail is being allowed
From this point I'm after the post master as well and will be DETERMINED TO GET RETRIBUTION
THIS IS MAIL THEFT AND I WONT TOLERATE MY ELDERLY MOTHER BEING STOLEN FROM NOR DENIED HER GOD GIVEN AMERICAN RIGHT

This morning, I had a passport application appointment at the Grand Bay location and everything went extremely well. The whole process was very fast, straightforward and easy. Bryan did an awesome job and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Most of my mail goes to another address on different location with same box number as mine but different road.. I am disabled can't drive to go get. I have christmas presents missing says delivered but I don't have. I have brought this to PO attention but still happening. Carrier needs to learn how to read!

Nice staff! Vicki is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I see people getting passports, Bryan is patient and helpful with them as well.

Bryan was amazing with helping me with my passport. He was so patient even though I had to go back and forth because I was missing a couple items. If you're around this area definitely recommend getting it done here.
