I sat with Shun and watched his interaction with myself, his employees, and others and I can say he is a gem. So knowledgeable and displays an infinite amount of patience and care to his shoppers. Instead of canceling my service I upgraded my phone and left out as a forever T-Mobile customer. I refuse to do business at any other store than this one.”
