Didn’t honor sale price on purchased item- instead cancelled my purchase because they “did not have stock”, yet the item is still for sale on their website. No response to my attempt to contact about the cancelled order.

Something wrong at a little bird boutique!!!!They do not acknowledge complaint of an item costing over $95.00 being returned in shipping. No solution was rendered. They fight you every step of the way. Terrible customer service!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Purchased 2 items from this store on 4/11/22 thru Instagram (first time purchase). I received my items and noticed one of my items wasn't the correct item i paid for! I reached out to the email on file on their website and got no respons. I then reached out to the owner of this store and her first response was "we don't sell those". I then screenshot her website item to her and she then gets apologetic about the item and asks me if I want a refund. she then stated I will need to return the item to receive my refund.......I questioned why I would be out of pocket for shipping due to a mistake on their end. She then stated I could throw away the item or donate it - my refund was immediately returned..... I then stare I also want to return my dress I bought and she said to follow the store policy regarding returns - I sent the dress back and it was delivered on 4/15/22. I have been in contact with this shop numerous times since the return of my item and have gotten the run around. First they claim they refunded me immediately--they did not I then reach out to them again and they claim there was a technical issue with Shopify and owner was waiting on tech to call back..... third I was told they can not issue a refund due to an Instagram claim being opened. I have sent 8 emails regarding my refund to their so called store email with no return. The girls that run this store are RUDE, not helpful. I have left 3 messages for Jodi to return my call and have yet to receive one... On 5/12/22 I call the store and ask for the shop owner, the girl that answered the phone stated she was in and let her check to see if she is busy......she then comes back to the phone to state the owner stepped out and didn't know when she would return! How does one not see the owner leave such a small building?? They have not been helpful at all in this matter!!!! how this shop is in business baffles me! spend your money elsewhere!!!!!

Surprised I'm their first review. Must be new or does not have a lot of customers. Anyways, found on Instagram shopping and I was very disappointed. The romper i purchased was extremely low quality, looked nothing like the picture and extremely unflattering. (and let me say ya girl usually rocks a romper) Paid way too much for what i got and now i have to pay to have it returned for a refund. Poor customer service, very disappointing. Was supposed to be worn for my birthday and this is just very stressful.

I went in the store today. I had a pair of brand new sandals they were a gift. But because I didn't have a receipt the girl just smiled and said she could not help me. I left the sandals and told her I would not ever come in the store again. I drove 100 miles to bring these sandals back and shop in the store. I have bought alot of gifts there and told others about the store ? ?. This is not right. I am so disappointed ?.
