I had a recall on my Lincoln Mkz and I took my car here and they supposedly fixed the issue but when I drive away several of my lights are lit on my dash. I called the dealership and no answer. I called again and was put on hold. I then turned around and went back since I wasn't but right up the road. They tell me they not sure what's going on but they can hook they computer up to it and see what's the issue. Minutes later they come back and say the port where you plug the computer in is messed up but we can fix it. No lights was on until they did whatever they did to it. I should have just ignored the recall before taking it here. My car is in worse shape than it was.

I will never deal with this dealership again. I felt like I was not important enough for my vehicle to be taken care of, as stated when I left the dealership. The parts department told me that my part would be in on a certain date. But he did not order the part in a timely manner. He waited until the next day to place the order. I feel like if I was of another skin tone, then my business would have been handled better. I would not recommend them to anyone!!
