I have a large trucking fleet and I haven’t felt more taken advantage of. Patrick’s did not disclose fees and stacked multiple extra fees on. To look at the truck and tow it 4 miles was over 1500 dollars, and supposed to be 550. They charge for being slow yet they use old and unsafe equipment. I would never do business with Patrick’s again and highly recommend against it. They even tried to tow our truck without removing the driveshaft. Luckily the dealer warned us about them, I just didn’t think they would screw us this bad. When I talked to them to discuss the bill they lied and said they told me and it is what it is.
I told them I was writing this review and I hope they sleep well at night taking advantage of truckers.

This company picked up the parts for a simple repair on the evening of Thanksgiving @8:40pm. They refused to answer the phone from Friday morning through Sunday. When they finally answered Monday morning @ 8:30am, the owner/technician was irrationally defensive and unwilling to give an estimated time of completion and cost of the repair. Absolutely the worst shop experience from anyone I've ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!

Called in to get an update on a repair for a truck in the shop and I was told "We have no update." I asked if they could tell me if they had the parts or the estimated time or completion for repair or eta on when the part would be available. I was told "I have nothing to tell you I have no updates." Horrible service, horrible communication. Keep in mind the truck has been in the shop since Thursday going on 3 days no and they won't tell me anything.

In Grove Hill during the cleanup of hurricane Zeta and desperately needed tractor trailer repairs. Mike was able to repair the trailer in time for punctual delivery of my load. Very professional service!

We wasn't fimilar with the area when the turbo in our semi blew up.. the good things is he came right on to look at it we ask him to towed it took 2hrs to come back not even 15 min away due to he had to fix his wrecker to start it up 😒 I should've cancelled then after he said that what took so long for him to vet bk, but anywho stay away ðŸƒðŸƒðŸƒðŸƒ a 2/3hr job turned into a day and a half job pulled it at 11:30 am 2/14/2019 fix it 2/15/19 @8p.m very unprofessional don't return calls and he didn't have certain tools and charged for extra 2 hrs fter stripings a few bolts I felt it was (intentionally) for extra pay Rip-off!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed a tow in the pouring rain and I called a few other towing services and they told me that I had to wait a few hours, and i just couldn't. Then I called Patrick's and Mike picked up and said he could be there in 10 minutes and he can right on time and brought my car into the shop. Let me tell you this. He knows his stuff. I truly believed what was wrong and we fixed/replaced what I needed without charging an arm and a leg and unnecessary changes. I give him 5 stars because of his punctuality, honesty, and friendliness. I highly recommend someone ask for Mike.

11/27/17 We had a clutch go out in a semi-tractor, called and talked to Mike and he said he could get the truck in right away. 2 day clutch repair turned into a 9 day job at this place. We were told 3 different times the truck would be done and it wasn't. Very unprofessional! They block calls and tell you no one is available when they are. Then they rip you off! Classic "highway robbery" repair facility. Stay away! Job dates: 11/27/17 to 12/6/17
