Water pressure problems with toilets , not the best wifi but ok because of trees, front desk is very nice

May/15/2024 this place is cleaner than lots of other motels.
The staff it’s been super nice
And if you need the Wi-Fi, then you should get the rooms that are closer to the office
Overall, a positive experience staying here
If your budget is low you’re not gonna get five star hotel but you are going to have peace staying here there’s not lots of noise, which is a good thing if you’re trying to rest

Motel is in a nice secluded spot. Plenty of privacy. It’s come under new management recently and it shows. Rooms are updated with new TVs and air-conditioners. The owner was super nice during our stay! Will definitely be back in the future.

Stayed here for work at the paper mill in Jackson. Rooms are being updated as they get more business. My room was clean an felt homey will stay again when I’m the area!

I stay here every year for the nearby papermill shutdowns. Never had a problem.Under new management now. Great people.It’s even better than before. They are slowly but surely renovating the rooms. The one I’m in is great!

Wasn't clean, Ac shot out hot air, cockroaches everywhere, carpet stained, never got clean towels or rags well I was there and the guy with me got scabies from there... I do not recommend staying there at all...

Really enjoyed staying here when I worked near Jackson Alabama. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was a nice and quite around the area. Would recommend staying here compared to the other hotels around.

The family that runs Windtree is very nice and the rooms were very clean. I work on a road crew that was working in the area for 3 weeks and we were given a discount. It was my most pleasant stay over in a small town in the 12 years with this job.

Cute little hole in the wall inn. Friendly staff. Very clean! Bed was comfy and sheets were very soft. Easiest check of my life! The clerk called us by name with out even being told who we were at check out and was extremely approachable! Will definitely stay here again in our travels! Thank you guys so much!

The new owners have done a fantastic job of cleaning this place up and offering amazing service. If you're in town or anywhere near I highly recommend. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of.

Room was bad, not well cleaned. Bed cover had some kind of stains on it.. I was actually scared to stay there. Never again, we will drive the extra miles to stay somewhere else.Your reviews speak for themselves, we didn't stick around for a $20 deposit because of the hassle we had even getting a room.
